I've treated my Bettas with aquarium salt, kanaplex from Seachem, catappa leaves and raising the temperature to 80-82 degrees. In this case I guess some other medication for parasites will help him. I really hope he survives, I can clearly see his potential and he's a gorgeous little guy.
He definitely has a lot of potential, and as for the leaves the stores I went to didn’t have them unfortunately. It’s also amazing how just raising the temperature can heal so many things. Thank you for watching! 😊
Saving fish is definitely not the easiest, especially if they have multiple conditions at once and are in the later stages of them! Thank you for watching! 😊
Thank you for this comment!! I try to put as much information into videos that I can (I also have a second channel Planet Fishness 2 where I do shorter videos on certain topics and will continue to post more on)
You earned a subscriber! I really appreciate your efforts, your down to earth approach and fresh take on Bettas. (Also your voice isn't annoying nor are you like the pretentious snobby fish vloggers on YT) 🙂
I’m glad that you’re still doing this 🥰 I love Bettas and it’s just a shame they keep them in a cup, but it is what it is 😔 Edit: I don’t know if this will help, but I usually have a container with conditioned water where I use a powerhead to highly oxygenate the water and then use that for water changes. It help my sick Betta from gasping and fast breathing.
So for baby axolotls black worms, blood works, or cut up earthworms (if the axolotl is big enough and the worm is not a size they can choke on) and for adults then earthworms and pellets can be good as well, just be sure to research the nutrition and quality of the pellets :)

I love this fish so much. I’ve tried to save so many bettas, but I’m not skilled enough.

It is really sad, and I hope they change it soon because I’m tired of seeing bettas in this condition :( Thank you for this comment!
