Not trying to convince you, but the information is always good. As someone that raised sheep, lanolin is collected from the wool that is cut off. Nothing to worry about animals wise. Since you have to shear sheep, it is a product that is available and it is really good for your skin. It moisturizes wool and that is a kind of hair. It is a great cuticle sealer and when put on warm to dry skin, nails, or hair, it can do AMAZING things.
The sheep aren't harmed when making this oil. It's from the wool that they have to shave off anyway. It's no different than wearing a wool sweater. I agree with not testing on animals or killing them for products but this just isn't the same. It's no different from using products with honey. I respect your views and totally get it!
Thank you for the explanation, I am allergic to wool so it is a definite no for me. Here is what healthline.com says, "Lanolin is responsible for wool allergies, so people who are allergic to wool should avoid it. Haz-Map classifies lanolin as a “skin sensitizer,” which means it may lead to an allergic reaction when it comes in contact with skin." They stopped put it in baby lotions, etc back in the day.
Not to mention it’s in allll kinds of lotion that we been using for yearrrrrzzzz!!! 😂😂 No seriously, it’s even used on nursing mother’s nipples to help with the cracking.
Actually it is very different from honey, honey is literally a bee colony's food source and well, we steal that from them, then some supplement them with something I'm sure they should not be eating. It takes a bee their whole life just to make a teaspoon of honey and one TABLEspoon is 3 teaspoons. I'd have to say using honey is far more harmful than using lanolin just for this reason and that bee populations are declining because of us too.
@@chalseywilder937 I get all that. More of my point is that there are animal by products in a lot of hair and skin products and people don't always realize that. Be vegan or not. It's hipacrotical to pick and choose if that's the deciding factor.

2. Damn I hate that it flakes. Your hair is so pretty!
3. If you want to do one more experiment on a small section. Maybe try wetline on top. However I think it may not work either, because xantham gum has never not flaked on me.
Hey Faye!!! I haven’t left a comment in while but have watched every video. Just wanted to say hello and merry Christmas 🎄 hope you and yours have a wonderful holiday season ❄️❄️🎁
Thank you so much and same to you!
I think that’s why it’s colored black. I guess the creator knew. It’s less obvious than white flakes.
It made your hair look beautiful. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hey Miss Faye!! You know I realized even if you have complications, your hair still looks amazing darling!! *Snap snap* 🥰🥰🥰
Also, who was judging your gorgeous nails?? 💅🏾💅🏾 Let me at 'em!! 😅😅
Let me ask you, is it flaking because you're picking or pulling your curls? My hair is short and once I apply the product, my curls do it it do...no combing. Also, my hair is gray, you're almost positive itlss stain my hair?
Its the SKIN FOR ME😍
