When our beloved prophet Sallalahowalewasallam was fleeing from Makkah (the holiest city) along with his companions because of the persecution of the Quresh, and he made Hijra to Madina (yathrib then), it was heartening to know that the people of that city welcomed him with open arms and gave him and his companions refuge and safety.
I am gobsmacked that the people of Egypt and Turkey haven't revolted against their leaders for not taking in the women, children, infants and elderly of Gaza, as many people possible from Palestine!

To clarify this report:
The child resemblance report corpus itself is very convoluted. In the case of the nocturnal emission report, then there are three categories of reports [broadly speaking].
Category 1: Those that only narrate the fiqhi ruling
Category 2: Those that narrate resemblance is due to it [her sexual fluid - prima facie reading]
Category 3: Those that narrate resemblance is due to two fluids [one thick and white and one yellow and thin and whichever one overpowers causes resemblance]
It would appear that category 1 is a redaction of categories 2 and 3, and it may be the case that category 2 is a redaction of category 3.
Keep in mind the hadith scholars have stated that this corpus is about child resemblance and not gender determination. The most authentic reports all talk about the resemblance.
The fluids are simply carriers of the seed, they are the transportation vessels for the creative substance. There was no distinction between semen/sperm for male or woman in the 7th century. Instead they had the concept of the total reproductive fluid, which was that the concept that the seed was the transportational fluid which also contained the creative substance as a package. Now whichever one dominates [in its effect] will determine and pull the resemblance. This isn't that different from the notion of dominant and recessive traits, due to the influence of one side more than the other.
Also the report does not mean that nocturnal emissions are the sexual reproductive fluid, many women do not have nocturnal emissions, yet they have children.
There is another subtle point involved here:
Why does Umm Salamah [Or Aisha] ask:
"Do women have wet dreams?" despite the fact that she knew they have them? [Some reports have other woman ask Aisha/Umm Salamah to ask on their behalf].
Does this not seem redundant?
This is because she asks the question is in analogy to men. Just like men have wet dreams, and have a reproductive fluid, do women also have wet dreams..[and reproductive fluid?]?
There is an implicit ellipsis here.
Clearly, there is nothing for her to be amazed about if she was discussing literal wet dreams, especially since the questioner knew about the phenomenon. The only way this makes sense is if she was actually inquiring about the reproductive fluid, and that she found such information astonishing [that women have a reproductive fluid like men]. Keep in mind that the report indicates that the Arabs believed that the woman has no seed or role in procreation other than to carry the it.
Connecting the category 3 reports to the reports of Thauban and the Rabbinic Inquiry reports, we have reason to believe that the "yellow and thin" fluid was revealed to the prophet by Gabriel. Gabriel being an angel would know the reality of the inner-workings of the women's womb, since he wouldn't be limited by a microscope.
This would mean that the yellow and thin fluid could possibly been referring to the follicular fluid.
I hope that makes it clear.
