What Gacha game are YOU most looking forward to?
Wuthering Waiting Room For Azur Promilia, to be honest.
Wuhtering waves, a million times Wuthering waves and nothing else, the sheer uniqueness gameplay its going to have is what hooking me into it the most, well and of course cant forget the amazing personalities.... also a big factor for me playing it.... and its Kuro, who make their games with love and passion.

Even though I'm not a fan of tge manhwa, the Solo Leveling game looks pretty decent. I doubt I will stick with with for long, but I do plan on giving it a try.
Wuwa is probably th emost hyped I've been for a new release in years, gacha game or not. Definitly picking it up on launch day.
But yeah, none of the other games interest me very much... At least not among the ones getting a global release in may.

I am really enjoying Astra: Knights of Veda and the the devs listen and have been some of the most open and transparent devs in the gacha community

Infinity Nikki, is what I'm hoping to play, I used ro play nikki games as a young kid, now 17 I can experience a nikki game in my teenage years, excited for wuthering waves, and zenless zone!
For those interested in Assault Lily: Last Bullet, you will have an advantage if you have played SINoALICE before. They have similar gameplay due to same developer.

As a gacha gamer myself yes I am hyped for Wuthering Waves. BUT, my home will always stay at HSR. Especially one who has every single character, hours upon hours of game play and waiting for Firefly to be released. Don't get me wrong, I'm still also going to invest probably hours into Wuthering Waves but HSR is always my first go to when I start playing my daily gacha games
I played Astra knights of veda and just finished the currently available story content yesterday. I had a good time with it and feel like I'm done with it.

I’m actually enjoying Astra without trying to compete + they are adding the 50/50. It’s a really nice story without filler (for a gacha) 😅

Yeah... As far as smaller gacha games go, this is actually really good.
Plus, the 50/50 issue brought up by Stix has already been adressed 5 days ago, and starting on may 2nd, the 50/50 pity will carry over between banners.
I feel like this game has gotten way more flack than it deserves... Sure, it has it's issues, but the core gameplay is fun, the art is amazing, and the devs have been very upfront in recognizing and adressing most of the problems brought up by the playerbase. It's rare to see a dev team this open in their comunication. And from all the leaks available on YT, it looks like they already have at least a dozen upcoming characters or so in the oven. Here is hoping the game does well in the future!

0:05 Regarding Astra, this info is no longer up to date. According to the dev notes released 5 days ago:
"The 50/50 Issue
We’ve received a lot of feedback regarding the topic of the 50/50 not being shared across pickup character banners. The development team heavily underestimated the impact that having this focused on one character instead of both would have. We have listened to your feedback, and the 50/50 will be shared across multiple banners starting from the May 2 update."
It's also worth mentioning that, while the game did release with a lot of issues, the developers have been very upfront in recognizing and adressing the issues brought up by the playerbase.
(Plus, imo, the game got a lot more flack than it deserved... For example, a lot of players complained about the game being "stingy". However, in the 3 weeks since I started playing, I got enought currency for over 250 pulls on the standard banner, + roughly 230 pulls on the limited banner. And once the honeymoon period is over, according to my calculations, they still have 45 limited summons obtainable per month on "renewable" content such as daily missions, PvP, tower, and f2p shop - not counting new content, events, and standard banner crystals.)
Oh I'm aware they're no longer going ahead with that, but it's too little too late. Many players already quit. Which is a shame, because this was a game I was excitedly covering since its announcement.
@@Stixxy Yeah, I agree it will be hard to recover from the bad first impression they left in a lot of people, and the whole 50/50 thing didn't help...
That said, I think it's a little unfair to bring up the 50/50 problem now and not mention that it has already been adressed, since this will leave a lot of players with the wrong impression.

Stix i love your videos and as your viewer I suggest you to use even if it is just 10 seconds gameplay of games that you mention or show a little bit of trailer. You do this at some and do not at others then i go search to see what game looks like
I use it if they have official trailers. Otherwise I'll have to use gameplay from other Content Creators without permission, and I don't wanna do that!

Ok, a lesson in statistics. The amount of men and women who play games is about 50/50 according to some studies. What these studies often do not mention upfront (they try to hide it because the websites showing the study results tend to be politically biased and this does not fit their narrative) is the type of games men and women play. Generally, women play games like Candy Crush and the Sims while men play everything else. And sure, there are women who play other games than Candy Crush and the Sims, but they are few and far between.
Another lesson in statistics. LGBT people are about 1% of the world's population. Gay men are only a fraction of that percentage. The amount of gay men in the world is utterly insignificant.
So what conclusion can we draw from this? The demographics these husbando games try to cater to either do not play these type of games or are such a miniscule demographic that they practically do not matter in the grand scheme of things. Husbando games cannot and will not work. EVER. Why? Because of biology and human nature. That's why.
My fen, have you seen husbando games in CN? They sell like crazy, I truly believe many girls have spare money for ideal characters, at least fictional one

As a massive trails fan, I think the Northern War gacha will be absolute garbage. It is based on Northern War anime, which hyped lots of Trails fans to experience Northern War, which is really important event in overarching story that was just mentioned in the games.
Sadly, the anime was terrible. Pacing, main character, antagonist, use of existing game characters, animation... from mediocre to apalling. It had some "fine" episodes that actually boosted my disappointment from the whole anime, considering that they were capable to make it good in certain parts. Overall it is 5/10 even for fan. It is suited neither for fans, who will think it is just bad nor newcomers, who would be just lost.
Now we will have gacha game based on this disaster. From what I heard about JP version, it is not faring well and global is just a "hope" to not EOS it. I heard it is greedy cashgrab... something like Danmachi Battle Chronicles. If they were based, they would revive Akatsuki no Kiseki for west since that was actual good Trails gacha.
I was looking forward to the new Dragon Raja game because they’re using the characters from the anime that is currently streaming on Crunchyroll with Japanese Dub. My disappointment came when I heard idle game because I dislike the genre since I’m not really playing anything but I did like Memento Mori since it had a story and voice acting at the start but uninstalled the game after there was no more story content after the tutorial and everything was idle again.
