    The cable for the gas tank might but for hanging it or just simply a tether so you don’t break the fuel or pump while hanging it off to the side. My old Honda dirt bikes were like that but I always would just disconnect them and fully remove the tank for jobs like this.

    Yes it always better to work on ur own machines and keep logs i had the same honda 680 rincon since 2009

    That cable that is on the back of the gas tank might be a grounding cable. Because the plastics on a ATV are bad for static electricity. That plug @ 20:15 is your temperature sensor.

    If the valves are too loose there will be excessive noise from the engine and in extreme cases loss of power. If they are too tight you could get blow by and that can ruin your valve or valve seat so much worse than having them a tad loose. I had a Chinese mini ATV for my kids a couple of years ago and that one wouldn’t accept any valve clearance or it didn’t run OK. Really strange and not my experience on other vehicles.

    I'm no expert, but my guess is that plastic breather piece was deleted , in order to put snorkle breather in

    My 520 has way more noise from the motor than my older 500 ever did. Even with correctly adjusted valves the noise comes and goes 🙅‍♂️

      After adjusting mine sounds much better but time will tell and I will keep ya posted
