How can I check the oil flow to the top end? I believe mine is getting starved. Correct level, filter position, new OEM oil. Or...how can I check the radiator oil flow? What about the relieve valve? That would leave the oil pump last. Thanks! Great video!
@@richvandenbroeke5493 - For some reason the oil pump shaft was broken. Replaced it and the piston/rings, re-honed the cylinder. Works great now. Thanks.
My Forman’s cylinder head was destroyed because the former owner neglected to adjust the valves on the engine and it got so bad that the tips of the valves were pinned over and broken off I couldn’t even get the clips out to change the valves without a chisel also once I got the intake valve spring off the valve guide was snapped in half and I had to buy a used cylinder your head to make my four wheeler run again

You can pull the head off, hit the start button a few seconds and it should start coming out a hole by the pushrod

What is the danger of not adjusting valves and letting then ping a little? Just curious.
It can wear out the valve stem tips and get it out of time
