Hadn't noticed you were a (relatively) small creator until I saw your stats, since the video's greatly executed ! Look forward to see your future content, you just gained a follower :)
@@mariusracine1347 thank you so much! I appreciate the watch, the kind and motivational comment, and the follow!! These are the kind of comments that make this whole thing worth it 😁
Thank you for the kind words and recommendations!! And I’ve gotten a good bit of Noita recommendations so that’s definitely one of the first games I’m playing next. Also I’ve seen some snippets of Slay the Princess and the art style alone has my attention 👀
@@chewy_bucca it’s definitely up there for me to. Especially with the whole story about the developer and the adversity they faced and how it’s interwoven into the story. Such a special game on so many levels. An all-timer for sure! 💯
@@Flounder.Fritter Dredge was such an awesome surprise for me. It’s a kind of game that was initially out of my comfort zone but I’m so glad I tried it out. (Spoiler: Also, the reveal of who the lovely bones Mf was BLEW MY MIND 😂. I wrote that bit before the reveal and I had to do some reflection.)
@@OptimusMuff Its definitely one of my favorite games, along with rainworld. As a fan of horror and also someone who fishes, it really is perfect in my mind
@ I’ve actually heard some great things about rainworld. I definitely have to check it out. And I’ve become more of a horror fan recently. I’m really into the kind of games with unsettling themes and atmosphere, as opposed to jump scares. Just like Dredge and even Inscryption.
Hi Did you delete some old videos ? I think i remember you talking about some others subjects around videogames or geek culture. Am i tripping chief ? I like your insights so I'm a bit saddened if I'm right. Good batch tho
@@adamn5027 first off, thanks for watching brother! And thank you for your kind words!! I really appreciate it! But to answer your question, I haven’t deleted anything. My first long form video was about Another Crab’s Treasure, so I had nothing before that aside from Shorts. Sorry if that’s disappointing 😅 But I have more videos in the pipeline that are a little different, talking about gaming, gaming culture, and diving deeper into specific games. So stay tuned for those!
Olli Olli World has that Indie game appeal because they were developed by a new studio but they are not really Indie considering they got funding and are being published by Private Division which is just an offshoot of one of Take-Two Interactive. It's like calling 'It Takes Two' an Indie Game when they were funded and published by EA games. Indie literally means independent., so no funding or publishing from big gaming studios. A big takeaway is crappy wall of text EULA at the start of the game telling how much you don't own anything. Look at all the DLC. Classic AAA studio tactics. Private Division is just Take-Two hiding behind another name. Great list otherwise.
Ahhhh I see I see. So like the whole Dave the Diver situation at the game awards? Thanks for the info and I actually didn’t know that about OlliOlli World. I still love the game and it definitely has that indie “feel” but next time I do a video I’ll keep games like this in mind.
@@OptimusMuff So here's a little update. It's actually Take-Two who owned them instead of 2K but with the similar anti-consumer tactics it's easy to get them mixed up. Anyways according to Wikipedia Take-Two sold Private Division to an undisclosed buyer in Nov 2024.
@ thanks for the update brother! I know a sort of outside understanding of this stuff but not as nearly as in-depth as it should be. So I appreciate you enlightening me on this stuff!!
No problem! And lmao you do you bro. I appreciate the like regardless of the 69 likes, but if you don’t want ruin the “nice” moment then I don’t blame you 😂😂
