- Lay on your back with your knees tucked up over hips and your hands to the sky in a crunch position. One hand has a 25lb Weight Plate in the palm. Keep tall through the Deadbug and press the weight, elbow to the ground, then hand to sky. Don’t let the shoulders touch the ground.
