"Everything is hard before it is easy" -- spot on. Squats used to be dreaded, no longer. However, that having been said, wagering my legs will feel this tomorrow. This workout is the equivalent of your biceps burn . . . for legs!
It's definitely a good workout for making the legs and glutes stronger. I am absolutely thrilled to read that you no longer dread squats! That is awesome, Chris!

This took me back to my youth and ballet class although I remember the jumping up and down, 'jetes' movements. It was great for cardio but I don't think my 68 yr old self could handle that now! 😂 So thanks for another fantastic workout Jules with no jumping!

I liked this very much. I definitely used it as a balance workout. Nice to have different moves. I also felt my quads working (!), which reminded me to engage my glute muscles to help out, so that was good too. Thanks for offering this, Jules.

Another great workout, although I think I would have titled it, "Quads and arms"! I'm 65. I love your workouts and have done them faithfully for years. I did find it important to add arm stretching after finishing your leg stretches, especially since the arm/wt section gave us zero breaks -- haha! Loved it! Thank you :)
Modifications are definitely welcome! I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all in the playlists. This is a tough workout if you haven't worked out in a while so kudos to you for trying it! If your legs are feeling it tomorrow, a nice gentle walk will help to loosen up your legs.

Very pleasant workout...I have mobility and balance issues, but found this relatively easy to do (used my cane for support at times, just for safety)...and that first song was quite pretty.

Hi Margaret, this is a tough workout if you are just starting back after a break. My suggestion is to go to the gentle level playlists and start with those workouts. They are perfect for just starting back. Over a few weeks you'll get stronger and can look at the more challenging workouts. Be kind to yourself! You're here and wanting to work out which is awesome but starting back slowly is super important. You'll bounce back quickly:)

This was great, but it's missing one part in the beginning when there is the set of the leg going each way, on one side, but didn't happen on the other side.
Someone informed me of that yesterday, too. I'm so sorry about that. Once the video is up, I can't take it down to edit it without redoing the entire video. If you do the workout again, please add in an extra set for the other side. I may just take the video down since I definitely want the workout being balanced on both sides.

I think it's actually called, 'So Long'. It's tough to find the music, though, since I use a fitness based music provider which I pay to use on YT. The provider is called 'Power Music'. They do have some of the music on Spotify, but not a lot of it.

I have lots of 'all-in-one' workouts which include strength, cardio, balance and stretching so it would be hard for me to know which one it was. But, if you know if it was a beginner or intermediate level, you can go to the playlists under 'all-in-one' workouts and look for it in the playlists.

I think it's actually called, 'So Long'. It's tough to find the music, though, since I use a fitness based music provider which I pay to use on YT. The provider is called 'Power Music'. They do have some of the music on Spotify, but not a lot of it.

I liked this Barre workout just as much as the other one. I am trying to find a workout that I did. It was strength and interval in one workout. I don't remember which list it was from. Can you help me find it. Thank you.
I have lots of 'all-in-one' workouts which include strength, cardio, balance and stretching so it would be hard for me to know which one it was. But, if you know if it was a beginner or intermediate level, you can go to the playlists under 'all-in-one' workouts and look for it in the playlists.
