I admire TechnoViking taking the high road and not wringing his internet moment to make money & have cheap fame. The guy was out dancing in a crowd, getting his TechnoGroove on, and spontaneously enjoying the occasion. There’s a life-as-lived purity in that fact. In watching TechnoViking’s inspirational dance-technique, I noticed something: his distinctive arm and leg motions look like he did some martial arts training, or knows how to copy same. He incorporated some of those moves into his mighty TechnoDancing.

You can’t dance in public and expect to get paid period. Your right of self expression does not eliminate the right of the public to respond to your public expressions. He put it out there, he should embrace it not try to control it
It's interesting - the courts supported "Technoviking", and that's largely the case when bystanders are caught up in posting that profits the poster. Not many people choose to excercise their rights, so the posting goes on.
