The thing with Nebulons (and various other support frigates) is that the AI has a hate boner for them. So much so they will always target them. This isn't such a weird behavior, a player would target enemy anti-fighter to help their fightercraft stay alive. Where it becomes weird, is that all of the AI's ships, regardless of what they're good for, will target the Nebulons. You can even spawn a Nebulon behind an enemy fleet and watch all of them turn their guns around to shoot it. This is a problem that will plague you in a NR playthrough, even as you get the Neb's successor: The Corona. Money isn't a big deal anymore so just keep buying replacements or keep Lancer frigates around, they're quite tanky and slim so they dodge a lot of rounds.
21:10 Yep, Mandalorians have different clans and such. That descrisption mentions a Canderous Ordo, a character from the C-RPG Knights of the Old Republic (Great game btw). It's very interesting to see just how many references to Kotor the original Empire at War had. There was Taris and Manaan and Korriban, 3 planets that you visit in Kotor. The Canderous Tank is named after the character. Hell, the devs even wanted to make a 2nd expansion that would bring back to life Darth Revan the Dark Lord with an armada of old sith warships. Petroglyph really liked that era of Star Wars. That expansion would never come, as we know nowadays.
