Tali was always my favorite . The whole concept of the Flotilla and war against the Geth was such an amazing journey on it's own. Like imagine if they did a ME game and you are a Quarian going on your pilgrimage and get thrown into a battle with the Geth as your returning home, they still the tribute you were bringing back as it was an energy component they knew would make the Quarians strong enough to once again take back their home world . This could be pre shepard .. like dude .. ME universe is still such a treasure trove and then we get Andromeda. ...

I think they feel like all the stories told have to be galactic scale threats or people won't care.

I love how Tali is both an endearing character who is just as new to the wider galaxy as the player themselves, and a wealth of knowledge about an entire separate culture of nomads who are a cautionary tale of the dangers of rampant AI and the response to it.

Really says something that more players saved both the geth and the quarians come ME3. However...
