From Scratch Sourdough Tortillas/ Milk Chocolate

Flour tortillas Recipe
8 cups fresh warm milk
1 3/4 cups coconut oil
2 Tablespoons salt
2 Tablespoons baking soda
1 Tablespoon baking powder
Enough flour to make a nice solid dough
Milk chocolate
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup milk powder
1/3 cup sweetener of choice ( but has to be powdered)
8 teaspoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nuts or seeds to taste
