I laughed so hard. Since St. Patty's day is a made up American holiday, I think you celebrated it the best possible way.
I told my husband the noodles looked weird a second before you said it. Too funny. I think their dough was uneven because I would get wavy noodles with my pasta maker when the mixture wasn't right. Makes me worry about their manufacturing if they don't have the pasta dough texture correct. Elementary!
