Do you have to have some kind of conversion kit from the factory hid lights to led?..because my power connector is different than the connection on the led bulbs
My wife has same car and it has aftermarket hid kit from years ago... Isn't this considered a projector lens and should have a hid or is LED a good alternative? I've read that projector lenses work better with his in them. Thank you
Hi Dan, to answer your question. HID & LED bulbs work best with projector lenses. The only difference between the two is the HID bulbs are brighter but the LED bulbs last longer.
We carry LED bulbs to replace original HID D4S bulbs, but it is a universal plug, maybe not direct plug and play for your car. But it is not hard to connect the power cable, just find 2 wires "+" & "-" from your original power cable, then "+" to "+", "-" to "-". Here is the link of LED bulb D4S: bit.ly/2FvrvgK
Hi guys. the upgraded version H11 LED bulbs perfectly fit Lexus IS250 2006-2015 with halogen headlight bulbs: bit.ly/32JEaZl If your OEM headlights are HID bulbs, you need to buy D4S LED bulbs
I have a 2014 Lexus LX570 with HID bulbs. I ordered the LAplusD2. I don't understand how to install these. They are not plug and play. The Lexus has a dust cover that contains what looks like a a computer. The HID runs power from the inside of the dust cover, with no plug. I received extra plugs with the Lasfit LEDS that have pig tails. Sorry, I'm lost here - can you advice?
OK I see now - it would require me to drill the dust cover or light casing and run the pig tails directly to the outside plug. I will think about returning the LEDs and keep the HID in place. These are not plug and play. Please post a video showing a similar installation.

The problem with installing there type of LED lights is that over time moisture will get into the inside of the light housing because it's not firmly sealed and you can't put the cover back on.
Hello, for some vehicles, the headlight housing is not big enough to hold the LED bulb and the OEM dust cover can't be put back on. You can consider to replace the OEM dust cover with an extended rubber dust cover, or drill a hole on the OEM dust cover that the LED bulb could through it, then the dust cover will be put back.
As far as I am aware the low beam consist of two bulbs. Is the little one in the corner a 9005 bulb? It looks strange having one LED and one still a yellowish halogen color.

👍
The brightness has something to do with the power/lumens/lux. 🙂
Will this bulb fit in the housing for the H11 and 9005. Since they have covers on
Can u change your DRL to LED? I don’t like the stock yellowish ones.
Does this flicker if installed on a 2010 Lexus IS 250 with HID Headlight AFS? I try other brand and they flicker.
Your factory headlights are HID, right?

Do these still work on the IS models with the dynamic projectors? The ones that swivel when you turn?
Please check the bulb size of your dynamic projectors. If the bulb size is H11/H9/H8, then these work on it

You can't bulbs that fit in is250: high beam HB3 , low beam H11 and if HID bulbs fitted low/high beam D4S and these got higher voltage.
