You can use a suction cup (or vacuum) pen for precisely placing the eyes. It’s what jewelry crafters use to place sequins, rhinestones, etc. ❤
That frog is gorgeous. Super cool looking. A black background would be fabulous but the head would need to be done first to keep it clear. Love it, I think the moss idea would wonderful.😊❤

I would do a thin layer of teal or emerald green that would set off the flower color and flipper color nicely, but that's just my own personal opinion on the subject at hand and just a suggestion for you to try next time with that color scheme.

I have an idea to help secure the eyes before working on the rest of the turtle. Could you do your UV resin, as you usually do, and then place mould vertically and fill the head with clear resin. Once the resin has cured enough that it won't flow out the head, place mould horizontally again and continue with the body. With the clear, cured resin in the head, those eyes won't be going anywhere, no matter how you move the mould. Just an idea.

So I tried to do a pour like your fireworks pour and my white just sinks and does not spread like yours. Any hints or suggestions? Going to try the octopus pour as well but I’m disappointed in my fireworks pour 😭
