I would NEVER pay money to attend someone else’s court matter unless I was requested to do so and knew the family personally. That is exactly why one should be cautious of being a public figure; everyone doesn’t share the same ideas of what is appropriate and inappropriate. Support the family by watching, liking, subscribing, or sending money if you feel lead anything more is inappropriate and overstepping imo and a weird way to spend your precious time and money.

Iam a retired private investigator. You need to turn this over to the authorities . This is not agame and should not be taken lightly. How did they know there was a problem with your property to begin with ? Also how do thsy know what the regulations are in your town and county ? This is severe stalking.!! You need to prosecute them, letting this go can cause more dangerous issues in your future.

This is wild. Brianna Madia had a similar situation and hired a digital forensics specialist to track down her stalkers and she named names. The problem is that there aren’t enough detectives. So far, he hasn’t caused any harm to them and therefore it’s not a crime. The police won’t do much. Legal documentation is important.

I have a question because I am not in real estate but how could a real estate agent sell that not informing the buyer about the illegal building it is a realtor's responsibility this much I do know I just called a friend of mine that is a realtor and they said that it is the realtor's responsibility to research the piece of property before they put their name on it for sale and that they should be sued for selling the property without disclosure that the property had illegal buildings on it so all of your expenses should come from that real estate broker that sold you the property that is what my best friend who is a realtor just told me

Healing thoughts for you and your family. Stalking is psychological abuse and can be more damaging than physical abuse.
I have a suggestion for your demolition. Open the doors of the containers and keep placing the demolished stuff in there in some sort of order. That way you'll save a whole bunch of space and money as you'll need less containers.
One other suggestion is to remove any visuals of your license plates, do not give them a way to locate you easily or anyone else (in case another fools decides to do the same dumb stuff).

I had an encounter with someone claiming to be Jaylena regarding a give away on her channel. That person knew a whole lot about her. See my husband was a police lieutenant ,retired now. I’m very cautious because I know way too much about cyber crimes. My husband was trained in them. This person was trying very hard to pull something with me. But I was on to her. I emailed Jaylena the information. I don’t know if she ever received it. I never heard from her.
I also was Certain it’s a female. And she was using a phone number from South Carolina. But it could have been a burner phone she got on a trip or through someone she knows. Or she just set up the phone to have a number not in the state she lives in. Because I know where this woman lives and it’s not South Carolina. I believe I know who it is. And she needs to be stopped. And charged with several crimes. Calling in false reports to child services, bullying, stalking, harassment ect.. And for all the damages. I still say Issac has rights concerning the property he bought. If it has a clear title he’s not libel. It would fall back on the lawyer who closed or the bank who loaned the money for the purchase of the home. I just know this shouldn’t fall on him. I hope and pray he gets great legal advice about everything. And this stalker gets exposed.

Please take the necessary steps to protect your family. People a twisted and delusional now a days. 1. Get security cameras (don’t post where you place them). 2. Take all the documents to the police. 3. Get the private investigator and when you find them prosecute to the full extent of the law. 4. When you do buy a new propert, check the laws in your state to see if you can purchase under an LLC and if the details of the LLC is considered public. If it is create an LLC in a state that doesn’t make the details public and then purchase the home under that LLC and don’t disclose the name of the LLC. 5. Maybe make a studio with a green screen you can vlog from in your new home. Post from there. Protect your family at all costs. Praying for you and your family 🙏🏾

I think the seller should be liable for misrepresenting the property as a legal sellable place. So sorry you and your family are going through this.
There are alot of people that are looking at jail time when all is eventually exposed, it's not just the stalker. It's the last home owner, the realtor, the inspector that had to write off the home as legally sellable so the realtor could list it/sell it, the bank/financier of their home loan...Isaac is right, this person is/has/going to affect alot of lives.

Actually all this information is available publicly. ANYONE can find your address. If you enjoy the town & community you're in why sell? Make the property how you want it, install a security system & enjoy it. Even with all the issues it's a great little homestead with a great school district for Ember. What is really sad is the seller did not disclose material facts of known deficiencies on the property and he profited from the appraisal listing price and ultimately the sale price under false information he provided or omitted knowledge of said facts.

Most all states are buyer beware states. It's uo to the buyer to use their due diligence for all inspections, permits, etc. That is not the job of a realtor.
@heather3193 interesting -im not in the States but if somebody has info on Oregon. But the person that did the inspection for a mortgage? In any country in the world, they have t b accurate?
@@anoodono1841 Inspections just check to see if everything is in good working order, check for obvious signs of insect damage, electrical panel, cracks in slabs that are obvious, plumbing leaks. They don't check permit history.

Hopefully, you already know about this company but with all you have going on, I thought you might not so I will mention them. I noticed there is a company in Bend called Digital Forensics Corp. They even have a chat function on their website home page which may be a good place to start. The reason I mention this is because I thought you might want someone in the relative nearby area, especially if you need to take evidence to them. They have an evidence drop off address. I would not let my guard down while this psycho is out there and I would definitely make it a priority to get the ball rolling in finding them so I could be sure they are prosecuted. If I were you, until you know the location of this person, I would be especially vigilant when taking Ember shopping, etc. People like this are twisted enough, kidnapping would not be beyond them. Not to be a fear monger, but she/he has already told you how much they hate you, and they know your Achilles Heel (your family). As has been said numerous times before in the comments, even though the police will undoubtedly tell you there is nothing they can do at this point, I would make them aware of what has transpired so you have not only a paper trail (police report) for future prosecution, but also so your local law enforcement officers know about this potential threat. Even though I know you have all you can do in demolition and that is a priority, I would make it my new full time job to find this person before they do something that cannot be undone. Go get 'em!!

Have you ever looked at this as a blessing in disguise? No, this IS awful what you have to pay to remove all these structures removed. BUT... what if you would have fully restored all these structures and THEN you decided to sell your property?? You would have lost a lot more money $$$$ because maybe they would have discovered those structures were illegal. As far as emails and letters from stalkers, turn them into police.

I actually thought they laxed the rules because of the pandemic and then following it by housing shortages, but I always knew about the difficulties of putting more than 1 structure on a property in lane county from personal experience.
