Therefore this person reported a false claim resulting in costly time and money for city or county officials to check on. Eventually they're going to ask questions. If it's a legitimate complaint then it doesn't need to be anonymously reported. You could contact a lawyer about getting a Protection Order, and raise the issue with local law enforcement and the courts. While it won't stop the stalker, it may encourage the city/county to require legit names with legit complaints. The wealthy/famous get their stalkers identified and addressed by the legal system. IMHO.

Hi Isaac,
Here are a few things you need to do when the roof joists are removed off the porch: 1) Install drip edge under shingles along the back of the house. 2) Replace gutter along that section as well. This will keep the rain (moisture) away from the back of the house. These 2 items will definitely protect your home.
Your circumstances are less than ideal and cannot be debated at this point. So I hopped on to provide some simple solutions. The "other" issue 👀👀 will be handled in due time, I'm sure.
I'm on the East Coast, so I'm thankful you have friends close by to help.
Last year, at 60 yrs of age, I completed siding my house (had to fire the "contractor" for subpar work), installed windows, soffit & facia, as well as learned to use a brake for all the facia and pvc wraps. I watched UA-cam. 🤣 It's not perfect, but I couldn't be more proud of myself! 🎉 As a new homeowner, there are just things you don't know about your home. This will definitely be a life lesson for you. Oh, and get one of those electrical current pens. AND TURN THE BREAKER OFF TO YOUR WORKSPACE! 😉🗣📣

It's got to be someone local. They are watching you and have gone back and watched all of your videos. I don't think this is a UA-cam anymore. It's a pissed off neighbor who knew the history of the house. OR the previous owner who didn't like what you said when y'all had to clean out all of their trash. That would be justice if it is and you sue them.. That's my guess.

The truth always comes into the light. Eventually a mistake will be made and you will know who the culprit is. How do I know, because lies are always done in secret; but they are always revealed! It takes some patience to wait, but it will happen.

Someone who hacks phones and computers or gathers identify information, can easily do this from a distance via the internet. They can conceal themselves or assume the identity of a nearby neighbor temporarily for this purpose.

Check with the county, if the concrete floor and retaining wall can stay as outdoor living space as long as there is no roof or electric. Seems like a valid concept to be able to help keep the slopped hillside from encroaching the main house structure👍👍

Over a year after I bought my first property as a single person, a nice little 3/2, I found a hole in my backyard. The rotten coverboard disintegrated under my young son's feet. So, we dug it out to investigate further, as it was next to our pool. In it was a 2 or 3 inch PVC pipe, and inside that was a cheap brown indoor electrical extension cord. I began pulling that up and traced it all the through the backyard, following the length of 5 cheap dollar store extension cords connected together. It ended at a nice but old, not even fully waterproofed shed in the back corner. It stopped at a tiny window air conditioner which surprisingly still worked, as did the the hanging flourescent light fixture, and the one electric plug inside. It was a FHA foresclosure, and I am certain the inspectors never found this prior to auctioning. At that time they also inspected and made a list of everything not up to their strict standards, and gave money back to fix it all to make it legal and up to code. My children were thrilled with the find. I went out promptly the next morning - after turning off the main breaker - and dug it up to permanently disconnect the wiring job the past owner had rigged up and stuck in a hole in the backyard. Also called an electrician out just make sure it was safe. There were several other "little surprises" that the real estate agent and the FHA never found. The previous owners had rigged lots of systems in the house, and failed to get permits or check codes. With foreclosures, it's just that way sometimes in some locations. Still, I loved that little house and it taught me a whole lot of lessons about electricity, plumbing, old phone company wiring, hvac, etc.

It may be just that someone understands how to slow you down.. calling for an asbestos inspection shows that they understand the system. So may not be someone close or even driving by.. if you had not started the inspector would have had to stop your demo and start looking around etc and that would have delayed you for sure. Good that he could see the area and could clear your place!

You are also going to want to get rid of that outlet under the floor. He probably just dropped a line down through the floor and hot wired it into another line. In the end this is going to be a blessing as all this stuff is so dangerous and sketchy you don't even want to think what could happen. Is it possible to leave the block wall as a retaining wall only?
The outlet may be sketchy, but necessary for heat tape for the plumbing now that the exterior is more exposed to the cold.
Definitely check to see if the outlet is wired correctly.

Cameras, cameras, cameras! & One on the road that can catch plate numbers. Chances are it was purely coincidence, but just incase.. If they are actually nearby, having them on camera driving by constantly will be very helpful later on. Plus it could give you a clue to who they are.

How wonderful that your friends are coming to help! A great big "Thank You" to Mike and Sarah for helping. It's hard to believe that you have people who are working as hard as you are, Isaac, but then they can usually only stay for a day or two when you have to do it every single day. ~ I know I say this a lot and your attitude helps me get it out of my system, but it's also hard to believe someone has so much hate in their heart that they keep trying to tear you and everything THEY have caused you to have to deal with apart! Have they no shame? How far are they willing to go, just to watch you jump through hoops? I'll be 76 years old in a month and am on the other side of the country, or I'd be there in a heartbeat. I hope the PI you get can do something toward discovering their identity. People should not be able to do this to other people without jail-time coming into it.

It sounds like it was someone watching you from nearby. You got an inspection while you were demolishing. That does not sound like a coincidence.
This reminds me of a situation that happened in my childhood neighborhood years ago. Our next-door neighbor kept having CPS and the police called on her over false allegations. She was never found guilty but it certainly caused a lot of problems. She accused one neighbor and it caused a huge riff in the friendships along our street. Nearly 5 years later, we found out that it was not that neighbor but actually her "best friend". We don't know the "why" but it happened. Karma caught up with the "best friend", landing her in jail for other serious offenses. Moral of the story, life is stranger than fiction... you just never know who could have it out for you. Stay safe.

Most times she said this as a blessing like Id do for you & your family, but when she got angry her sweet face would get almost as red as her beautiful hair & she'd say those words with the ornriest look. Issac, just some advice. Keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer. This is someone who either knows you, knows what your day to day plans are or is able to see what you are doing. It is almost like they are in your circle or near your home to know exactly when you are working. As far as like me, you could have been doing this a week or two past. There is no way to know, someone very near by is who is responsible. All I am saying from personal experience with my own stalker, CIRCLE SMALL! draw that circle inward. That eliminates someone in your circle, as far as near by, make note of who is home around you. Car in that driveway, etc. If the officials arent going to do anything you can do process of elimination. You will get a better idea. I know it sounds paranoid but to be honest at this point....I would be! Get some game cameras or something, DONT PUT IT ON YOUR CHANNEL! DONT TELL YOUR FRIENDS! put them out, if they are coming on your property, YOU AND JAYLENA need to know. If they saw the dumpster out front driving by. Im just saying think outside of the box, your family is there! Keep info close to the chest, we will watch you even if you dont tell us! Daddy protection mode activate!!!❤

I have wondered if if was a neighbor or the previous owners but when you said it was a viewer I figured you’d know more than the rest of us. However after this video I think it might be the previous owner because he didn’t take kindly to the things you pointed out about how crappy the workmanship is etc. If it was a neighbor why didn’t they call out the previous owner when they lived there. I bet they still live nearby or they still friends with one of the neighbors. Your stalker knows way too much. @isaac when you hire a private investigator have them do a background check on the previous owner. That’s where I’d start. Whoever this stalker is, is going to mess up eventually.
