I love how Dr. Phil just stares at her. It's a good tactic to get someone to start and keep talking.
It's actually an interrogation technique. You can see it used pretty often when interrogators believe they're onto something or just need to nudge out a confession when they have enough evidence.

At best the police will take the victim's wishes into consideration before filing charges with the DA, but the DA decides whether to actually press charges, and the police decide whether to file them for the DA's consideration. Don't say stuff you have no idea about. It's a waste of life.

Turns out she came clean and said she was mad at him so got vindictive. What happened to her? She got a police caution basically she was told she was a bad girl and dont do it again.

Dr phil chews this woman out for trying to help this evil girl by having her in her home. On another episode he praises a teacher for doing the same thing. He went way too easy on this terrible lying girl who attempted to ruin this womans life
Well of course your phone dinged, we all know that parts true, and it doesn’t matter. The fact that she focuses on the “ding” part is more proof she’s lying, cause it’s irrelevant. If she sent a message to her phone from a friends phone so it looked like the teacher, then her phone would have dinged, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t write it from her friends phone. She’s the only person I’ve ever seen capatalize “But”, so that alone is enough, but there’s much more proof, such a bad liar.
