Thanks Darren, research before starting helped massively, think I was also a bit lucky that it all fell in to place.

Ended up cleaning mine at the first sign the clutch was not fully disengaging ,( hard to get into gear etc) .worked fine after that & new fluid..That was 2 years ago & still working as new..Good video for the do it your selfers out there.

Thanks Zac, glad yours is ok, would like to think Honda would have now changed their view on having to take the engine out but.....
