Man this was the best part about COD WW2 Campaign.Really loved when we get to play as French Resistance.I want all characters from from COD WW2 to return as Operators.Its definitely worth playing the best mission of COD WW2 imo for Vanguards Campaign.
The thick American accent of the „nazi“ officer surely wouldn’t have been a giveaway whatsoever lol. 😏🤦🏼♂️😱 That being said, props to all the heroes from all nationalities who resisted fascism! ♥️
This game’s campaign does a fucking stellar job of getting across just how intimidating and downright evil many of these nazi commanders were, but what I really appreciate is how they aren’t portrayed as just stupid racist oafs. The Nazis, for as ignorant as they were, were also extremely cunning and perceptive, it took a lot of training to be a spy for the resistance and even then it wasn’t guaranteed you wouldn’t get caught. The whole mission I had a pit in my stomach, afraid of what would happen if I slipped up even a little bit, and all of that tension saw a cathartic release when Rousseau finally seized her opportunity to put Heinrich into the ground. Truly a genuinely amazing take on a Spy in World War 2.

The graphics are pretty awesome. The fact that many (not all) of the „Germans“ not only speak „German“ with a thick American accent, but also have HUGE grammar mistakes in their sentences is pitiful, considering how much the production of such a game probably costs. It can’t be that hard to engage more native speakers, or at least have ONE native speaker check from grammatical accuracy. 😏🙄
