JIF. Definitely JIF. Mix is closer to 2:1 while Mr. Google said 5:1 omg it took me forever to get a can to kick off consistently but maybe good coz I'm using a string paint mixing stick to get it going (small job).
What mortar is best for an outdoor tile on cement? He used gray Versabond, others suggest X90. Which is better, the all purpose Versabond, or specific X90 outdoor mortar? Big difference in price!
Hi there, I mixed my thinset the same way you described here, but after 48 hours some of the tiles were coming off and the thinset was still a bit moist. Do you think I should have given it more time to cure considering it was in the basement room where the temperatures are around 67 degrees? Thanks!
Maybe a;very thick layer of mortar? Or did you used modified over one of those orange membranes? Because modified thinset wouldn't exactly dry in that case? Let me know. I'm curious about how you fixed that🤔
Think you need amount ? so you don't need to measure ? But double water mount at losing for sure you do things precisely because if you do it as directed there is know mistakes and you don't have to add or take away one shot deal time is money don't forget that

Skippy is good
Non crunchy!?
Crunchy is the best. It makes you tiled go snap, crackle, pop when you walk on them.
