Oh, the Nutcracker!!! We saw it just last weekend, and go see it every Christmas, no exceptions. I'm not always happy about dancers, but I adore the music and I know literally every accord. Waltz of Flowers and Sugar Plum Fairy and her Cavalier dance (right next to Waltz of Flowers) are among my favourite classical pieces of all times. Hope you enjoy your evening, Nichole. She is this crazy musician who makes her art entirely on a basis of free sharing and volunteering and in her book she talks a lot about this amazing net of trust and connection that her art inspired within her fan base, about the difference of being seen and being looked at and about the times her trust in strangers was disappointed and why it's still worth it to take the risk and to keep on creating. xx
