Not in love with Yale at all noT crying at all about the fact that I’ll never be good enough for this amazing community. I’m an international and I just wish I had more resources to reach my potential.
I don’t know how much your family makes a year, but there is a website called QuestBridge that helps people with low income get full-rides to top universities, if money is the only issues
Quinn Davison you understand that poverty begets poverty and wealth begets wealth, yeah? This person could be the top performing at their school but if they’re living below the poverty line their school is going to be judged more cynically for its “quality” of education, the opportunity for tutors is a privilege few have or can afford, after school activities etc, all things that are necessary to get accepted into these highly competitive schools (unless you’re a legacy, your parent is a donor or you do the Olivia jade thing) cost money and time. Neither of those things exist in spades for the economically disadvantaged.
I attend a public school in Pakistan, but I just read books and I used the resources available to me on the internet to get in contact with some institutes in the capital city and organized seminars and wrote research papers along with them. I got a full ride to go to Yale Young Global Scholars and then I went to the National STEM school for free, and now I'm at Yale. I got a 1580 in my SAT and a 2400 in my SAT 2's and 4A's in my A levels. You've just got to work hard.
I've never heard of any billionaire or millionaire who got rich accidentally it's all premeditated. This brings me to why investing holds the most power when it comes to real wealth. What you do today determines your future financial status, I'm glad I started investing with Finance Fluent a long time ago and have made a way for myself and family.
Investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life. Working multiple jobs for money isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom.
@@stacyandrews5468 Unfortunately, we find this out later in life. I've been able get more returns from my stock investment portfolio making sure I and my family are good in these unprecedented times thanks to Finance fluent.
@@aryanmalhotra4520 am quite informed about the stock market and how good an investment it is but I don’t have any formal knowledge on how it works, can you share.
Investing in stocks is a very good side hustle, I know few people who engages in it an makes good return. I want to venture into it but i lack the confidence as I have no experience.
BRANFORD is objectively the best college (I went to a summer camp there and stayed there)!! I applied REA to Yale and I'll be hearing back in a WEEK! Yale's definitely my dream school but I know the chances of getting in are slim so I'm looking to apply to a few other places rn. Good job on the videos recently! I feel like it'd be cool if you interviewed yale students w fun questions for a video in the future
Been waiting for this!! And I loved it, did not disappoint at all!!! It was so cool to see your typical day and also to see more of your friends. I'm sure you probably have a huge workload, yet you still manage to put out such high quality videos. I'm so glad I found your channel ☺️
Great music throughout the video(appreciated the song list in the description)! Keep up the great content. Would love to see another one of these for next semester.
I’d love for you to do engineering specific videos once in a while. It’s always good to see things from someone else’s perspective. I’m currently 2nd year aerospace engineering in the UK. Love your videos!
Hey Josh, More videos like this, please! And I don't know if you said that somewhere else but where did you learn those card tricks? I know you're a magician but did you learn everything from the internet?
I enjoy your videos so much. They're planned out very nicely and are clearly genuine to your Yale experience. Your videos are low key making me consider applying to Yale, even though it's far from where I'm living. I was wondering if you possibly do a video on your college interview experience along with some tips. Keep up the good work and good luck on your finals. :D
Nice Vid. Thank you for sharing, Josh. I was hoping to see a bit more of the campus and the buildings you mentioned but well edited nonetheless and professionally done vs. some of the other day in the life vids.
Love these videos! have always wanted to go to Yale (or even Harvard) so now all i need is some kind of miracle so that i can move to America, which is on the other side of the world.
The fact that the places you just walked I was there just a few weeks ago doing my research is so sick!! Really wish we get to run by each other one day!
Very inspirational video! I also like that you filmed it on a Monday, made it more realistic! Also, can you share the name of the MG paper? It seems intriguing.. :D
I love this video. Because it's very useful and I known more information about Yale. And that's life style of students here. Thanks a lot and make more videos next time please
I’d by lying if I said I didn’t take my laundry back home 95% of the time freshman year😂😅 I'm a Vlogger at Ohio State, hoping I can get to your level someday!! Cool getting to see the life of a student at a MUCH different school
..I don’t wanna go to Yale, I wouldn’t be able to get in if I tried, and have already committed to my university for next fall, and yet these are great vlogs, love ‘em
Hello Josh beasly! I've been watching your videos on u doing magic, they are impressive! Can you make a video about the experience of learning to play magic, and how you manage to master them? Thank you!
I’m a freshmen and I’m moving ahead of my class, taking geometry. I have the option to tutor or move onto the next grade’s level next semester. What would benefit me more? Tutoring to get hours and for extracurricular or do colleges look at finishing Alegbra 2 in freshmen. Idk what to do.
Can you please share any link or something like that where I can check the class and college study system. I need it urgently I will be very thankful to you for this kind action

Sacagawea take alg 2 if you can handle it.
this is way too late but i would say if you are interested in taking math past ap calc, then for sure take alg 2, but otherwise i would tutor.
Can you do a video over the college rings.

I may have watched the magic portion 3 or 4 or 6 times… 😂😂😂
