That simple 1-2 note is just Fantastic. I use it to bring up my vibes on a shitty-day 🙂
A Buzzclip from 94 on Mtv brought me here. I remember not really digging it back then, because of the plethora of videos that was played. But now in 2020, I'm watching, and as a musician I appreciate it, and it shows that you don't need too many words for a kickass song.
i was into 90s music and was same age as most of the artists but just learned of D. Jr. mere minutes ago, I remember this song, never wondered who it was because it didnt blow my mind, still doesnt.
How do they speed up and slow down so naturally? They must have recorded the drums, guitar, bass together as a band the old fashioned way!
On the contrary, J Mascis recorded everything but the bass and backup vocals himself 😉
there’s that little drum fill for them to catch up.
Playing the thing on guitar ain't bad. The only one that really screws you over is the drums.
This brings me back to the summer of 2015 when i turn 19 i was so happy the whole summer
I still have this on CASSETTE! One of my little hidden gems!
Jesus Christ this tempo is a roller coaster
Because they were formed by a drum prodigy who is also their songwriter. J Mascis is a beast on the kit
Amazing video, amazing song! Great time for music. Great memories! I painted the Where You Been album cover on my bedroom wall in highschool lol! Towers are still standing. Feel the Pain
Thank you.
This song takes me back , I just turned 47 , it's like there was no past between then and now and I ask myself , what happened, where did the years go

Guitar Hero World Tour brought me here…. Nostalgia of my middle school days.
I just saw them yesterday at treefort music fest in Boise Idaho. They’re amazing. And my legs hurt from moshing!
I fell in love with DJr. first time I heard that song...masterpiece...video, and song...one of the most underrated videos of all time...
The golf cart flip and brush off, one of the best scenes in any video lol
"Absolutely extraordinary".
an "unsung" MasterPiece !- this tune brings back a flood of nostalgia... in a good way! :)
Too sweet to ever try to find out the mv when I looped this while playing falcon's YS ii during school days. the whole album is sweet too!
