Vic, that looks delicious. You're lucky to have her. Tell your suocera instead of cutting a small slit in the galamad tube, just take some stuffing, roll it between her palms, making it into a finger-thick piece, and then just put it in the tube opening. May have to do this 2 or 3 times per tube, depending on how much stuffing you need. I still use the toothpicks to keep the stuffing from "escaping."
