You can find the typing SFX on Mixkit (mixkit.co/r/undu-sfx). Unfortunately I don't have the original project files for the background image. But it was from a paid stock photo site, if I recall.
Definitely no kidding. And it was already in FCP 7....unfortunately, in the new one "FCP-X", the timeline is magnetic, I don't like this feature at all. That's why I changed to Premiere Pro.
Resolve is actually fantastic. Originally known more for color grading (which blows away Premiere). But it's a fantastic all-round editing suite now. You can get a free version that doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it's still pretty good. Very different UI than Premiere or FCP, and there are fewer resources out there for it. But I love it.
I got the typewriter sounds from mixkit.co (just go to Sound Effects and search for "typewriter" and you'll get a whole variety of results to choose from). Hope that helps.
