I like that ATGames now has a Starter version, which allows people to begin with a $1099 initial purchase, which comes with just one game. Then, after your wallet recovers a bit, you can add more games, and then you can add the SFF Kit for $399. The Topper can come last, and you can maybe tell the wife that you want the Topper for Christmas!

thanks for the review and your honest thoughts, only request is next time you film gameplay choose a different angle because I couldn't see the backglass and there was a light reflection on the screen
The overhead view didn't cover enough of the playfield and I wasnt happy with that. I could've connected it to a capture card but that wouldn't be the angle that you would see as someone playing it because IRL you so have to deal with that view. I wanted it to be authentic
As an AFM 4kp owner I can honestly say this machine is absolutely beautiful from a looks and feel stand point. The big hick up for me is I bought this for the Zen partnership, but unfortunately atgames and Zen have done a terrible job on optimizing for the hardware. Some of the Zen releases almost look 720p to 1080p not 4k! and to advertise this as a 4k machine was a mistake. I hope Zen can turn things around, but I'm not hopeful since the recent poll atgames took. The poll stated that should they pause zen releases to fix them or continue to release them broken while they fix them... problem with that is once atgames/zen have our money what incentive do they have to continue to fix them. They can say well if people are buying despite the issues I guess the issues aren't that bad... I hope I'm wrong because this machine is beautifully crafted and looks absolutely gorgeous. Otherwise this will only be an OTG machine.
I've got my money in savings waiting, but realize it'll be near Christmas or after if I buy one. I aint buying one till they make them work properly. I know several who did, and regret it. I'll be patient.

There's nothing at all wrong with being cautious. I would be the same way considering the amount of money required to get into the ecosystem
