Would be nice to have statistics at the end of every video. Like calories consumed, calories burned and current weight. IMO this would improve the videos a lot.

I would say focus on the calories mainly. Most people don’t really realize how much calories they eat. If you really want to do weight loss, in my opinion you should try and eat between 1000 and 1500 calories while making sure you get all the nutrients you need, or as close as you can get. Just mainly watch the calories I would say

You should prioritise the weight lifting first then cardio. You're going to lose weight but some of it is going to be muscle.

Mix your favorite water-flavor packets with normal Greek yogurt, the pre-made flavors from the yogurt brands are trash
