One, the rental is an expense that can't be recouped. The other, a purchase is an expense that can be used as an income stream. Like the people renting these out for 5k a week to vacationers. I'm not dumb enough to subsidize someone else's purchase, sorry. I like real estate, it appreciates, not like these things that depreciate. Beautiful boat. But, the one thing I have noticed with all of these house boats no matter the size. Very poor visibility from the helm and fly bridge. I would have to totally have that changed before I would even consider buying one.
A boat like this would cost you at least 8-10k a year just to put in a covered slip!!!

The aft 20' is just a waste of space. Furnishings by IKEA. I'd give you a hundred grand for it in the Keys.

Unless you have parties every 2nd day what a waste of space the upper level is. As far as the kitchen goes, who designed that cramped piece of crap ? 2 feet of room between the stove and the countertop. The bottom level is just as bad everything is so cramped for so much space available.👎👎
