Oh my those brass embossed sides on the cash register side plates would have looked so cool repurchased as sides to a wood shelf.
I was thinking the same thing. I hope she saved those.
Exactly that is what I was thinking 🤔
You both make such a great team! What a blessing to have a husband that's a Mr. Fixit and loves to tinker. Y'all are both so talented. Thank you for sharing! ❤
Blessed to have them❤
The cash register drawer would be cute hanging on the wall…🙂
I hope you kept the beautiful detailed side and top pieces to the register. Beautiful designs.
That square metal bottom piece would make a cool frame .
Chris is a very patient man! Awesome job on those wood buckets !
Oh my! I love the bucket!❤ The firkin is beautiful!😊 Wow! Chris’ patience and tenacity is astounding! He’s a keeper!🎉
I think so too!💕
The buckets look amazing!😊
It blows me away how much went into one of those cash registers. Who thought of all that. Then taking it apart. Wow. Chris did excellent putting the well bucket back together. It is beautiful. Appreciate what both of you do. Thank you. Happy 4th to you and your family.
Genius at fixing that wooden bucket 😊
Wow! Thank you Chris for taking apart that old cash register for your wife and restore those two other items.
So sweet that he was filming for you while you where not well!
It most definitely was. I appreciated it greatly ❤❤
Love this channel! Watching you and Chris working together and sharing your passion for your craft is really inspiring!! ❤❤❤
Thanks so much!!
You two are a wonderful team. Thank you Chris for sharing much of your time that it took to taking that cash box (register) apart. As you were taking it apart I was thinking of the person (many years ago) who spent most of his day putting it together 😆.
That’s a lot of hours.
Yvonne, you’ve got yourself a good man there. He’s always good at pleasing you. Whatever she wants he’s there to oblige. Always thinking of the other. I love that!
♥️♥️😊👍👍👍🌟🐈⬛🐈⬛
PS. The both of you have no idea how much I look forward to your videos. It always start my day out with inspiration.🥰
Yes, patience and tenacity is needed !!!
*This was such a FUN and INTERESTING VIDEO, YVONNE and CHRIS ‼️😊❤ I really enjoyed seeing you take the Cash Register apart and stamping the crocks. 😊*
*HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY‼️ 🇺🇸*
*🇺🇸 ❤️🤍💙 🇺🇸*
Thanks so much!! Happy 4th🇺🇸
Things were made so well back in the day wow that cash register looked so hard to do bless your hubbys heart❤
Wow! That is so much work to take apart that cash register! The parts are so cool to resell for salvage. ❤
Wow, crazy what it takes to get the register tags and keys out, Wow! Thank God for Chris! Love the crocks and the buckets are awesome!! I'd love to have the buckets, need to check out the auction!
Love that beautiful cash register! Even the 1934 tag. In my twenties I worked at a family owned department store that had those registers on display since the business had been around for many years. Hope you can use as many parts of it as possible in your projects. What a treasure it is!!
The outer skin of that cash register is absolutely gorgeous! Come on Chris, can’t you build a box and put that beautiful copper back on it? There’s got to be some way that you can make something beautiful out of that stuff! I know you can do it.
I attempted the demolition of an old ash register. In addition to the numbers, the cash drawers sell well as well as the decorative brass panels. Love the firkins.
So you know the work❤
I don't know how you cram it all in in a day. It's wonderful but don't know how you do so much. Your team efforts have certainly been good for you. It's nice to see that sparkle in your eyes again. Thank you for sharing! 😊
Thank you ❤
Your husband goes above and beyond!
Nothing like a caring thoughtful husband and you have a great one. He reminds me of my husband. We are blessed.
You are right about that. We are blessed to have husbands like this❤
Aren’t we blessed . I’d a health scare this week . My husband was amazing bless ❤
I just bought something from your eBay store and I am so excited!!
Yay! Thank you!
I hope you kept the sides of the register! It was so pretty! You could do something fabulous with them!
The bucket looks amazing and I can't wait to see what you do with the embossed metal parts of the cash register.
Thanks for sharing behind what Chris does. Great content
Perseverance is all it took to get to the treasures 😅
I like the same things that y'all do, and I really appreciate you restoring the old pieces. Unfortunately, in West Texas we don't have Auctions around here, nor do we ever have many of the really old things. I really hate that too.
What an awesome hubby. This is what Yvonne wanted. We all wish for a handy husband.
💕
Definitely not complaining about getting some extra vids 😊😊
Great job Chris, you are so patient.
Thank you for showing us how you got those numbers out of the cash register that was a long process for him!
It sure was. A labor of love 🤗❤️
Chris did an amazing job putting the firkin buckets back together. They look so beautiful! Did not know so many pieces went into those old cash registers! Great work Chris! When we were in Huntsville, Alabama, we went to the oldest hardware store and they had a working antique cash register. They rang up cash sales on it. Take care Yvonne. Have a blessed 4th of July! 🤗
I love seeing stores use working ones🇺🇸❤❤
Wow just wow those buckets! And the cash register! Lots of great feeling after it’s all finished!
Love your video Yvonne don't know how you haven't got 100000you deserve it great fun you and hubby Sally from Ireland.

@@GingerChickRehabTheJourney very welcome
My oldest Niece and her husband have a cash register just like that one but it’s intact and in pristine condition. It’s beautiful!
That was interesting! There is a lot of work taking the register apart. Thanks for sharing!
Yes it was! But interesting to see how well it was made
Great video, you and Chris are a great team. I hope you are feeling better and hope you are taking care of yourself. You both work so hard,
Thank you so much!
What a great guy taking that register on!! You guys make a great team !! How many what the heck moments did he have lol … great video Tyfs
Probably a lot😂
Love the cash register, I can’t wait to see what you do with all the other parts of it! My mind is on overdrive thinking of what you can make!
This was my very first stamp set I bought and it is an oldie but a goodie. I love this stamp set❤
Wow hard work
I bet you could do something cool with the outside pieces too!
I hope to see those embossed metal cash register pieces in an upcoming make over video!
Fabulous job Chris! My husband is a Nr. Fixit as well and I appreciate his talent and skill as much as Yvonne does yours.
Thoroughly enjoyed
Yes, that is a lot of work! You two are an amazing team! I watched the same video of flea market rescue, Kelly is awesome too! Thank you for all the inspiration ❤
Oh my goodness love your vintage crockery just had to say it at the beginning of your video. I already know how amazing you’re gonna have them turning out but love to buy some but I live way over here in Ontario Canada, but if I could, I would thanks again in advance for a wonderful video. I know I’m gonna love it as always. God bless you and your whole family.
Oh thank you!
Could Chris put the frame of the cash register back together and make a little stair step shelf into it? That would be cute for a little knic knack area for small collectables.
Great job Chris. You remind me of my husband. Lots of patience! ❤
I love your packing tape hack,I can now use my stamps! I was struggling before. We had a kerb collection in Australia where i live and got a little wooden table and chairs which i have done up for the grandkids and used some stamps and transfers on them. Thanks for your tips ❤
Loved today's content!!! TFS
So glad!
GREAT VIDEO - GOD BLESSED YOU WITH CHRIS
Thank you kindly
I just got a register on marketplace but it’s not elaborate on the outside like yours…..now I have some idea of how to take it apart from Chris!🎉
Love to you!
Great job on the jars, they really look like the ones from long ago. Chris ya worked your magic on those buckets. I wonder how many screws were in that cash register. Have a great 4th. God Bless. Hugs, Rebekah
Thank you. Happy 4th🇺🇸💕
As usual, your video was so interesting!! Thank you!
Could the cash register base be used as a frame? Cool wording on it. And the gorgeous exterior! All great pieces. Chris did an awesome job. Hope you're feeling stronger.
What a fun video! Thanks for sharing what you do….you’re a great team! ❤️
Wow, Chris did awesome tearing that down! If i ever come across one i"ll know how to break it down! Thanks for sharing!
Oh my! You said the buckets got put on the bay, so I paused “ran” and sorry viewer that got banged up WAY higher. I entered my max, then had to “adjust it” 😂 still nope, so moved on to the firkin, so far so good 🙄 on the positive side, Chris will be well rewarded for his craftsmanship ❤ the register drawer would be a fun organization piece in a craft room or jewelry makers room!
Wow… ☺️
The way they use to make things. That cash register even In parts is awesome.
Thank you 💕
If you used a cash register and it broke down then you find out how complicated they are. Cool tags and keys!!
Wow! I will remember to walk past one if I see it for sale. 😮😊
and Mrs T Very interesting video thanks for sharing
Hey, that was great. Thank you. Very interesting. ❤😊
Glad you enjoyed it
Your MAN loves you!
I've seen where people take those key letters and make jewelry out of them
Oh lord trying to buy from your site has proven difficult lol so just went into my eBay account and did it. Lord you would think I could do it from either ❤ no worries I enjoy your finds either way. 🎉 love your videos
Turned out great
Chris, you are the man! You rock 🙌 This was an amazing video! Seeing each pain-staking step in these projects was a real eye opener. I wonder what you could do with the decorative brass pieces from the cash register? If anyone can figure it out it would be the two of you. Thank you so much for sharing ❤
I've seen jewelry made out of those round number keys.
I love the marmalade crocks. Chris did an amazing job on the buckets. I had no idea it would be so hard to take apart the cash register to get the keys and the number thingies. Could any of the embossed metal from the outside be used for anything?
It would be almost impossible to cut down. But it is beautiful.
Can those fancy metal cash register sides be made into a display box? The marmalade stamping was so satisfying.
Repurpose all those embossed brass pieces Yvonne!
You both are amazing at what you do! I wish everything had a buy it now price 😊.
Yvonne,. Could you please give me your recipe for outdoor flowers.. I remember miracle grow, Epsom salt and magnesium sulfate..I don’t remember how much of each to mix up..thank you love watching your videos..I hope to see you at hogs creek one day..❤
❤
❤❤❤
Wishing you both a fun and safe 4th of july from alaska...😊😊😊😊😊
Yvonne, how are you feeling? I never heard what was happening with you, but I am praying for you.
Y'all are just AMAZING! Could I borrow both of you for about a month? :) Love, love, love the videos!
🥰
I think you should sell those stabilizers ( the thingy that stops rolling lol, I’m always chasing things😂
😊😊Have a Happy 4th of July 🎉🎉
Where did you get your tape holder and tape you use? I have tried several and it won’t cut the tape or the tape wads up. I truly enjoyed watching Chris putting the bucket back together! Taking the register apart looked time consuming and some what frustrating!
Thank you… he said it wasn’t terrible but time consuming
❤❤❤❤❤
Could you spray a varnish on the transfers as to clean with soap and water? Thinking kitchen grease or dust or a food splash
❤😊
❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤❤👍👍👍👍👍👍
I have the same bucket but I’m missing a piece 😕
🫤
The bucket was in pieces like the bucket Chris put together . I put it together but one of the slats (if that’s what it’s called is missing).
Are you going to sell the sides of the cash register?
Are you selling the drawer? I would love to purchase that!
We still have it??
