Hot Summer day Drive July 24, 2019. Amsterdam Round trip in the City Center. Sorry for the reflection in the windscreen. Car: Volvo V70 1998 Camera: Panasonic hc-x920
Nemo You didn’t find it because there is none. Advice for next time: park at a train station in another town or completely different part of amsterdam and take the train.
@@roy_hks Jeah you're right. It was very expensive to park :D for me as austrian. Here in Austria its much cheaper and easyer to find some places for parking. But we dont have such beautiful city's like amsterdam... :/
Not a city for cars. On average, a car takes about twice the time to get from a to b than a bicycle. That is in the middle of the day, not during rush hour. This does not include the time for your quest of finding a parking space. Good luck with that!
TBH I hope cars will take over again once Tesla autopilot arrives. Otherwise you're screwed when you get a heart attack or a fire for example, no ambulance or firetruck can come any more.
@@cherepashkins Well, a few lessons, DON'T walk on the bikelanes, if you see sharkteeths, like ^^^^^^^ let everybody else pass before you go through them. If you get a green light you still don't allways have priority! When you go either left or right and the green light you had is a circle, not an arrow, cyclists still can pass and have priority ;)! Oh and taxi drivers are #$%^& they drive straight into you despite knowing you got priority, only once they realise you don't stop then they will stop, not before.
@@cherepashkins Around 29:54 you can see a good example, on the left you see that the pedestrians have a green light while the cardriver also has a green light, the pedestians still have priority ;). Be carefull for such situations. 30:12 perhaps an even better example, you see that the truck is allowed to drive to the right, somehow if he would have he would have driven over the cyclists. In such situations you really have to be carefull also please keep in mind that the truckdriver can't allways see you cyling since he's on the left seat behind the steering wheel. Be carefull about it, it might safe your life ;). Oh and be carefull for the tramrails when you're cycling, A they are slippery especially after it rained and B your wheel can get stuck in it. Here a few examples of that: ua-cam.com/video/YfeQvbIFBks/v-deo.html Amsterdam is full of trams ;).
Kroonenberg, next time take a bike instead of this stupid idea of running it by car. People will see more of Amsterdam and no unneeded exhaust gasses distributed throughout Amsterdam!
Agmirable vidéo D'Amsterdam, une ville a visiter

@@Savlo1 Since this year you pay 7.50 euros per hour in Amsterdam, making Amsterdam more expensive than Paris or Barcelona.

Thats the entire point of it... to let cars not take over.

Cyclist at 13:41, really running on red light. Cyclist seems to own the road. In Jakarta here its the motorcyclist who owns the road.
haha yes cyclist are notorious for ignoring red lights here.....
15:58 turn on red light? Or i`m missing something?
