Tataru actually shares a VA with Fiora from Xenoblade 1, not Mio. You''re definitely gonna wanna play XC1 before doing XC3's DLC though if you haven't played the first yet. It would help things make more sense.
Already played 1! The only reason I mentioned 2 more is because I had just finished it the day before watching these trailers so it was more fresh in my mind. I had just forgotten that Fiora was voiced by Tataru's VA. My memory isn't always the best when it comes to who did what.
Ooh I haven't played Elden Ring so I didn't notice that. I really want to try playing Souls type games but I'm worried about how frustrated I'll get lol.

I highly advise to avoid the DLC trailers for Xenoblade 3 as this may spoil events for the main game. I'm sure you'll greatly enjoy 3 and much as you enjoyed 2.
@@MysticsLibrary Technically you can watch them if you completed Xenoblade 2 and Future Connected, it’s a sequel to those games while being a prequel to Xenoblade 3.
Better later than never :). They always realize late how great the Xenoblade series is. And more and more people are starting to realize the insane quality of this franchise.
I don't think I've ever played a game that really pays off playing all the entries in a series like this. Please keep yourself free of spoilers especially for the dlc. 3's dlc is so good!

I've noticed that for me I really struggle to keep up with streaming or doing let's plays of RPGs. I really don't know why that is, but almost every RPG I've tried to do that with has not been completed on Twitch or UA-cam. I'm trying it again right now with Paper Mario: TTYD since it's a shorter game, but we'll see. I tend to just prefer playing them offline and then talking about it later. I know that's not how most people do it, but for me it just seems to work better. I'll think about it though.
How did you like Xenoblade 2? Its my favorite in the series story wise and I just overall feel like it has the best story out of any JRPG I have played. I actually think Xenoblade 3 improves on most things (the combat especially blows 1 and 2 out of the water) but the story will always be better in 2 for me. Not to say 3 has a bad story though its still incredible, the side quests specifically are as good as the main quest and greatly strengthen it and should not be skipped unlike 1 and 2 where they are completely skippable.
I really loved Xenoblade 2's story. The ending absolutely shattered me. I don't think I've cried that hard playing a video game... ever. I also really loved Torna. My only real complaint with XC2 is the navigation. I got lost SO MANY times.
@@MysticsLibrary Yeah I did not cry at the ending but I felt depressed for like a week or two after which almost feels a lot worse lmao. My only complaints about 2 were the story being a bit slow in the first few chapters and the huge amount of sexualization the characters had. Luckily 3 fixed both those problems for me. I still like 2 more overall but 3 is probably the better game.

I decided to play the game offline. Let's plays and streams for RPGs are really difficult for me to keep up with.

Nah, you probably shouldn't have watched the trailers if you already knew you were plating the game. They basically spoil the whole game.
