- My 2024 Honda Rubicon build is finally complete! I couldn't be happier with how this build turned out and I hope ya'll like it as much as I do! You need a radiator relocate because I have the exact same four wheeler and mine overheats because the radiator fan will get cloged and stop spinning
I get the rad relocate looks cool to most, but for me I like use of my front rack when I need it. So I’ve gone without the relocate and only had to rinse the radiator out once
Love the look of the build, and the performance upgrades , I know your super stoked to have these sponsors step up and make this machine perform an look at peak performance (Vessel motor sports, MBRP, Bullite Wheels , Triangle ATV, Nova lifts ) …. Definitely everyone has their own personal preference on gear reduction and what’s best for their setup…. BUILD LOOKS CLEAN AND SOLID💪….. If you’re not going to do a rad relocate get rid of the louvers in front of the rad. I take the plastic louvers out remove the louvers then reinstall the frame for them so I have the side pieces in place.
I did it to a few rubicon’s and we haven’t over heated since. The stupid louvers make it impossible to wash the rad and completely block the top 2 inches of the rad.

Rad relocation has many advantages because it’s easier to clean out and it keeps the bike cooler and also makes it look cooler too

We used to ride horn lake bottoms all the way to river gate to watch the street races, it’s been dug out so much now that it’s kinda not fun to ride anymore, I’m ready for Sardis lake bottom season to come back
You don’t need a rad relocate if your always in the front of the pack 😉👍🏻
They make a braket to where u don’t have to cut the rack because I have one on my 420 2021

Love it man, only thing I’d say is the snorkel is a little too far to the side. But besides that it’s simple and clean
It will overheat in thick mud need to get that rad kit
Rub that tire shine in after like 15 mins of letting it soak. Use a microfiber towel. It’ll look 10 times better

im old now in mid 50s use to do all this shit i miss riding been thinking about getting another 4x4 atv but my problem is i grew up with high powered machines which at my age id still act like a dumbass on one n send it but i really like the honda even though thier a turd on pwer but will last forever love the lift n wheel n tire set up is bad ass yes im old but still like cool shit do ya gotta gear it down to run 30s

I put 28x10-14 on all 4 on my 23, no lift, and the steering was so bad it was unsafe.

U can run 30" Zillas on a 420 if you have an exhaust and optimizer

Gear reductions are personal preference? Hahaha how about science? Your tires are essentially a gear, if you go bigger, it raises the gear ratio taking away torque, your clutches are going to be fried if you hit any real mud which is what yoh seek out at mud parks. Why not just go ahead and gear it for the tires you’re running so it still pulls well and hauls ass? Makes no sense.
