The first 4 are one hit KO moves. For it to be a one hit KO move, it needs to have 30 percent accuracy, accuracy can't be changed, guaranteed one hits the opposing pokemon (pokemon can't react ex: attack, use items, switch out), doesn't kill the user, and fails automatically if there is a focus sash on the opponent or if the opposing mon's ability is sturdy. The rest after the first four aren't one hit KO moves for those reasons. They are good/powerful attacks/moves.

@@TobytheRavenclaw I think it's different context. Water gun exists for when a Pokemon is low level and need a water move. Not to mention, hydro pump has 80% accuracy. I guess it's to give Pokemon a niche but not too overpowered?
