I just read this and was curious as to why I rarely get notifications for Emmys channel anymore… I’ve been Unsubscribed! If this is happening to others, it’s no wonder why some creators are struggling to reach certain benchmarks or feel they are plateauing. Emmy probably isn’t but many have expressed concern. UA-cam must be fiddling with their algorithm again. I also notice that it’s getting harder to “Like” content, even when you’re still subscribed. It moves too fast into the next thing on the feed or the ending commercials, even before you have a chance to cancel it. I don’t have “auto play” enabled, and I don’t have UA-cam Premium.
I'm so glad Emmy's channel not only is highly intriguing to me, but is able to make her a living. What a blessing to make money doing something you love. Keep chosing your sponsors wisely Emmy!

I’m Irish and we call bacon Rashers as in rashers of bacon, there’s streaky and back bacon rashers. Bacon to us would be like a piece of ham that you boil. And a ham is a ham lol!

Try making homemade liquid smoke. It seems most folks think it's artificial or weird chemicals but its typically just real smoke captured through condensation... easy to do at home and tastes better than the store bought stuff, especially with different wood types
I feel like these clear starch-and-flavor foods like this bacon and those chips would be a good thing to know how to make during hard times when we can't afford or can't find comfort foods. Something maybe to spice up mundane survival rations if we ever find ourselves in a true apocalypse scenario.

I believe Liquid Smoke is made from real wood smoke. My Mom used to use it in some meat dishes. I haven’t seen it for decades. But it must still be on the market, since Emmy has it.
We visited Canada in the late 80s and my parents ordered a pizza with Canadian bacon in it. When we opened the box, it had bacon bits on it. We all got a good laugh. Apparently, in Canada, that’s just called ham. 😊 Makes sense!

You can actually make liquid smoke. Alton Brown did it. It's literally yhr smoke condensation concentrated. Its a wonderful way to add an umami, savory flavor to anything. It should be in everyones spice cabinet. Just like soy sauce, & Worcestershire.
Have you ever seen the clear milk tea in the bottle in Japan? It's crazy... completely clear like water, but sweet and creamy like gogo-no-kōcha or Royal Milk Tea!
Unlike Canadian bacon, UK bacon is actually not from the loin only. It's referred to as 'back bacon' and is a combination of pork loin with a strip of pork belly hanging off it.

Maybe you can crumble it on top of flour soup or the ketchup soup. Maybe you could make a whole meal of clear items. It would be a real diet dinner 😂 lol
Curious, I have a 3x3 silicone food mold for candy bars. It's only about an inch and a half wide since its tapered. With how thin yours came out, I wonder how a thicker pour might react. I'd still want a good crunch, but not as hard as peanut brittle.
