i was thinking about this kind of thing for a while... maybe this could be used as propulsion for a submarine without the possibility of harming any aquatic animals. the front of the wave thing would have to be very dull to only bump creatures but otherwise it would be very efficient
Looks really cool, but also really hard to build and maintain, because of all of the moving parts. But I don't know a thing about engineering, so it's likely that I'm wrong.
not really the idea is nice but the design is not very good for hauling wight at high speeds the fins work well for light thing bodies but for anything above id say 30 pounds it becomes obsolete
