- Today's class is a 30 minute barre pilates floor based workout. You need no equipment today, just grab your workout mat or a soft surface. You could do this home workout using a blanket or a rug instead of your mat.
The great thing about taylortoned workouts is you can substitute any equipment in the workouts for household objects.
