- Not just a marble battle, but the entire war.
Armies travel randomly across the map, engaging in combat if they meet. Once conquered, towns will produce more fighters for the player. Whenever the army goes to the home city or a friendly town, it will reinforce itself with fighters.
Fighters gain experience by scoring kills. If a fighter gains enough experience it will level up, gaining perks like additional hit points, speed and/or equipment.
Destroy all the enemy kings and armies to win!

Changes since last version:
- Mage increased push spell cooldown, reduce magic missile homing ability
- Attack trigger minimum garrison size reduced from 20 to 10, making it easier for high level heroes to go out
- Weapons will no longer collide with the edge of the battle arena
- Hammerman unlocks splash damage one level earlier
- Fixed magic missiles staying into the next battle
- Made it easier for the king to stay in the back of the castle
- Captains will now only spawn when an attack is launched while the player has no captain.
- Battle max time to retreat changed to 60 seconds
- New battle arenas
- Fixed named marbles being able to flee off the game world map
- Fighters attempting to retreat is now indicated using a white flag icon. They can retreat by touching any side of the arena, with the exception of the inside of the castle walls.
- If a nameless unit becomes a kingslayer, they will get a name.
- Flee mechanic removed.
- Defenders can retreat from a town just like attackers - when all defenders flee, the attackers will conquer the town. The fleeing units will form a new party that will retreat to their home city.
- Ranged units need more distance in order to retreat.

I imagined his character to be the tragic villain type. In the beginning, he had true friends and comrades. They were equal, and they stood and fought together in every battle. But as the war continued, and the war killing his only friends, including his last surviving friend Halo, he decided to abandon everything. He abandoned the concept of friendship, comradeship, integrity and even morals. After that, he changed. Everything that he did were done only to fulfill his selfish wishes. He’d rather deal with a crowd alone than to rely on his comrades. He’d rather escape alone than to help his dying comrade. He’d rather sacrifice helpless farmers as bait just so he could win petty battles. He’d rather seek more power than trust in anyone.
In the end, he gained more power, but at what cost? The war never ended, and the merciless slaughter still continued.

Trust me, following green through this one was one of the most infuriating things imaginable.
For the first hour, they did nothing more than make troops and send them to die by Milkisgoods party. They probably lost hundreds trying to capture that single town.

I was doing that and I was definitely copeing but I was happy they took out yellow
And then after doing nothing but feed Milkisgood the whole game they turned around and got the most glorious end-run on the left-vulnerable yellow king... only to turn around and _utterly_ screw it up, feeding kills to the two bodyguards who are usually completely useless... only to turn around _again_ and score the most glorious hail mary kill on the yellow king from a random hammerbro, putting an end to yellow's total dominance of the entire game up to that point (which had until then gone virtually uncontested even despite yellow _repeatedly_ losing powerful hosts of heroes)... only to turn around _yet again_ and have said hammerbro randomly die to unlevelled cyan conscripts... the very same conscripts who had just left cyan's castle, opening the way for Milkisgood to gigachad walk his way right in.
Honestly, green's king being named "Derp" Vogel feels very apropos...
Green is Chaotic Neutral. You never know what they will do next.

Insane shield and regeneration
Unlike Pretox who was born incredibly strong, Milkisgood was a normal person who just wanted to live in his village in peace, but the war forced him to be strong, little did the other kingdoms know that by sending their troops to that place they were creating a monster.

During battles, don't stop map movements(just make them slower), and if near battlefield will be third force or first two forces' reinforcements and group reaches the field - let them come to fight

Mikisgood lost his Grey Knights, the people that made his village unconquerable, after their deaths he went with a partner but Mik's extreme tendency for raiding took a toll on him leading to his death, again Mik was alone slaying all he came across. He once won a battle without fighting. The Grey Wander terrifies even the greatest warriors.

Okay, seeing that no one has done it yet, it's my duty.
Milkisgood the only one:
Like any legend that deserves to be remembered, Milkisgood had a humble beginning if I may, and in fact, he has outlived more heroes than is normal, being that, he participated in one of the first battles, in which, He already demonstrated his future unmatched skill, saving his town from invading forces.
Of course, being still so young, he could not fully take care of himself, which is why those achievements at the beginning of his life should not be attributed only to him, but to his brothers in arms, the most loyal friends he ever had. : Goomba, Fanvypancy and Halogensky. Likewise, we must pause to mention another man, someone who already claimed the title of being the strongest free man, this is a bandit chief, who established an early reputation for being cruel and unkillable, a fame earned because somehow in every encounter with any kingdom, no matter who or how many they were, he always came out alive, his name was Leubald. Milkisgood didn't know, but this cruel man would play a very important role in his life.
Continuing, the years passed and with them, several kingdoms fell under the growing threat that the yellow flag began to signify. The village had a strange peace before its end, it seemed that finally, the ambitious kingdoms understood that they would not be able to take this place, however, one kingdom thought differently than the others. After all, why should the army that destroyed oranges and pinks fear such an insignificant town?
The yellows attacked and that was the day that changed the fate of Milkisgood forever, obviously, they did not die without a fight, they put up more of a fight than the fallen kingdoms, they even killed Morgoroth, the key piece of the army, even so, the great talent of these men wasn't enough. Goomba and Fancypancy met their fate there, Halogensky and Milkisgood managed to escape, wounded and tired but alive. They had lost, and their home was no longer theirs, the green kingdom and an orange lunatic covered their escape, yet in the following battles Halogensky simply did not make it, dying to leave Milkisgood as the only one of a true brotherhood.
Even with the death of his friend, Milkisgood managed to win that battle against the yellows. happened right after, that he met the bandit leader, Leubald, who had the same plan for that village, Milkisgood was prepared to fight, however, when Leubald saw him, something in his hearth told him that If he faced that man, death was certain. So, appreciating his life and Milkisgood's ability, he decided to serve voluntarily, not only as a soldier, but as a kind of teacher, obviously not in battle, since it was clear that Milkisgood didn't need it in that area, but in survival because from now on, it would only be them against all the kingdoms.
And so it was, Milkisgood learned from Leubald everything necessary to maintain a nomadic life, namely when he should retire and when he was winning, his skin became tough and his young innocence died little by little, he became more ruthless, more calculating, and Above all, the most feared man, it was he, who made Captain Barnier, Captain Erika and Captain BinkDaddy flee in the middle of the battle, he also killed Captain Joseph and devastated countless towns, all this before his teacher of the wild, a old version of Leubald knew death in front of the purple ones. Milkisgood held a small ceremony to commemorate the life of his last companion and who was once the strongest free man, now, he was alone.
A few years ago, this would have been a tragedy that would have stopped him to rest, or on the contrary, would have launched him into a massacre, however, he was no longer like that, he was no longer a talented and impulsive teenager, he was a whole man. A full-fledged warrior, someone everyone feared. Furthermore, the years he spent with Leubald made him calculating. It was not time to stop, he could only move forward. After all, he had many reasons not to stop, for example: he is the greatest enemy of all nations, and now that he is alone, they would attack more than ever. If there was one thing he learned from Leubald, it was that for anomad, there is never any time stop.
So he continued, conquering towns to live off of them, defeating armys by himself. Cmwolfmagic who had become leader of the purple armies, a respected barbarian, fled with his tail between the legs. He faced the entire yellow army alone, where Gunner Sexton and Lastchampion were, the last two survivors of the army that ruined his life, despite the numbers, he killed more than half and only retired due to fatigue. Again he confronted BlinkDaddy and again, he sent him to run, the same happend with Florymonde, the same one, that met Milksgood while was sleeping, and for fear of waking him up, he didn't attack. Technically, he made three warriors run away from him, without even raising the sword.
As I already said, he was no longer an impulsive teenager, however, seeing that the cyans sent half of their army out of the castle, he decided to do something that anyone else would call madness, launching himself to attack a castle alone. The battle is tough, it seems that they have him cornered, but even when cornered he does not stop killing defenders, from one moment to the next he finds a way to free himself by entering the center of the castle and ...

King marbles spinning and distancing mechanic makes their survivability way higher, Gunner Sexton may help out yellow kingdom yet more (until Milkisgood encounter)
Well the kings here can't do much else, low dmg, but fast rotation speed and a small shield.

The legend of Milkisgood begins
I'd love to see in the next update, when heroes return from previous battles if they came with a special nickname like kingslayer or kingless, but picked out just for them. Like we could have 'milkisgood the menacing' for this one because of his ability to scare off an army while stuck in the fence. also, hoping for the glorious return of Agobard the wanderer from way back when.
Maybe you could add bandit leaders have a chance of being heroes from previous wars too, with their original equipment, of course, not the big axe.
Milkisgood the Lone would be a better title since, you know, he was lonely right after the death of his friends

"This story is about a legend who lived in the 23° grand war, his name is Milkisgood and this was his story.
In the middle of that snowy village, screams and the sound of swords clashing are heard everywhere. Despite numerous losses, the barbarian warriors manage to keep the village under their control, even as night falls, all the soldiers wonder what will happen to their home and their own lives. In the middle of all that, a soldier stands up while looking at the horizon.
- Get up, we have some visitors - the soldier hold his sword and shield and enters combat stance
- Oh no… - the other soldiers stand up while stammering and showing their fear. Among them, a young soldier approaches the one already standing
- It’s seventeen against four… we’re going to die - as he finishes saying this, the young soldier receives a punch to the back of the head
- EVERYONE LISTEN! NO MATTER THE NUMBER OF INVADERS, WE WILL NOT GIVE UP ON OUR VILLAGE! WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOURS FAMILIES, WIVES AND CHILDREN IF THEY PASS FOR US? - the soldier exclaims, and upon hearing the words, the other three warriors grab their weapons
- He is right! For our home! For our families! - the soldiers advance, some towards glory, and other towards their own deaths
After the battle, only two soldiers from the village can be seen, sitting next to each other, soaked in blood and with several bodies around them.
- You were amazing before… if i may… what’s your name? - the young soldier asks, as he looks at the one who defended his village like a true hero
- My name is Milkisgood… and what is yours?
- My name is Fancypancy… nice to meet you, Milks
- Same to you - Milkisgood smile and look to the sky
This story is just beginning, the legend of the 23rd war, Milkisgood"
This was an idea i had while watching the video, honestly i don't expect much support but i would like to ask you if you would like me to continue the story of the hero of this video, following his story, counting on the presence of many other figures who one day they were great legends within this universe
Furthermore, i'm not fluent in English, so any corrections or tips are welcome.

i feel like he was forced into the bandit life. Lost his brothers arms, lost his home, lost his bandit friend (Which i feel like in a way teached em the ways of a nomad life surrounded by power crazed warlords). Dude became his own legend..... He resembles that of any great shield and sword fighter legend. But the fact that he charged in ALONE in a castle is CRAZY. This is a feat no one could ever do until now!!!!

Lies, they say he died, that he was killed by a mortal. No. These things are not possible, though it may seem as if the bandit king has been slain, he can never truly die.
A single man, king of thieves, his broken soul, it never leaves, axe of steel, on flesh and bones, the air is still, and filled with moans, broken swords and scattered bolts, this massacre is all his fault, yet he feels no remorse, for it was revenge of course, for bandits young and bandits old, who lived through horrors and death untold, for injustice done to innocent knights, who in self defense fought terrible fights, for every grey marble who graced the earth, and every grey mother who gave a grey birth, who, just because of the color of their skin, were were written off as a terrible sin! He united them, built them a home, they built houses and garden gnomes, for a short time they lived in peace, but as you know that soon did cease, monuments will be built, and relics will be carved, the grey people will not be starved, for vengeance the greys will thirst, their enemies stunted by Pretox’s curse, through much worship he will stay on this earth, and sooner or later, his enemies will cower at his rebirth!
Pretox is not dead, simply delayed.
I love the new battlefields. More aesthetically pleasing. Also, it's great some terrain like hay can slow down troops, makes for more interesting battle developments.

Milksgood literally turned into a natural disaster, putting entire armies to flight just by getting stuck in a fence. And all because he was kicked out of the village.
Not only kicked out of the village, but 2 of the village defenders squad were killed along the way, effectively making it a duo. Then the only brother by everything, including fate, but blood left was killed. Then his revenge and hatred came in, he's just broken.

Okay the story potential here is awesome. Gunner Saxton, the King who Bent the knee conducts a raid on a village that refuses to submit. Killing all of Milkisgood’s friends and forcing him to retreat. Later, and after a significant training arc, Milkisgood encounters Saxton again and attempts to get revenge but he is still to weak and almost dies before retreating. Finally The yellow king dies and Saxton is left on the same level as Milkisgood, to see them duke it out one final time would be a phenomenal conclusion.

Personally, I like to think that MIlksgood has a tragic story. After seeing his fellow order slain before him, he has looked nothing more than to train himself. Later on, he partnered with a large and strong bandit named Leudbald and together they became legends together; until Leudbald fell just like Milksgood's old order. Realizing that his training did him nothing, he looks for a worthy adversary, or adversaries, to battle hoping to find someone who can defeat him so he can be with his old order and friends again. Until then, he goes to test his limits and him and his name in history in honor of his fallen comrands.
I imagine he might at times be freeing the villages for that as well, but it never lasts as they almost immediately get retaken.

Technically, barbarians (boss fights) are not friends of the populans (Grey cities), so maybe differentiate it with black, white or Grey...

Some Ideas I had for the bandits:1.Bandits should be a separate faction (black) that should be able to take prisoners from fleeing enemies to make them fight for them.(like priests but cuts their level in half since their forced to fight.Could be shown with crossed chains.)
2.Bandit captains have an intimidation ability that frenzies their solders making them do more damage and spin faster while intimidating their enemies making them weaker and more likely to flee.(the drawback is that it has a small chance of making some of his allies switch sides flee the battle and become neutral.)Without a bandit captain or a high level stand-in the band becomes weaker and flees easier.
3.Prisoners have a small chance of joining the bandits when they level up.(But they are more likely to flee or defect when the captain uses their ability.)
4.Bandits can get bonuses from successfully raiding a town or village but they only have accesses' to stat improving bonuses and their special units.(In late game they can make the highest level bandit captain the bandit king.)

Flintlock gunner-Has high damage but is slow to reload.They have basic armor to protect themselves but can only use their gun as a weak melee weapon.At level 3 their pistol can upgrade to a rifle with more accuracy and better melee.Their special ability is a powerful shot that pierces amour and shields
Dagger throwers-Throws daggers that do a small amount of damage.They are weak fodder that are easy to kill but they gain a bleed bebuff if they somehow survive to level 3.
Well that's it from me have some ideas for neutrals like them passively spawning weak farmers and town guards that cant leave the town at regular rate but that's about it hope some of the ideas helpful.Loved this episode looking forward to to next one.

@@sorkas5039 Oh I see it now.I guess those little guys could get the bleed effect and a small buckler at level one.With a high damage special that has a chance to permanently slow a hit enemy.(But they are fodder so I don't expect much from them anytime soon.)

Не просто бойцы высокого уровня а именно герои у которых будут свои уникальные способности.
Можно например в начале боя присвоить каждой каменде одного такого героя.

I suspect that milkisgood is the spiritual successor of PRETOX the legendary bandit king and Parkinson a legendary spear hero of the grey faction. Milkisgood is capable of following in their footsteps if he were to survive in part two all the way to leading the grey faction to victory once again after episode 20 of marble kingdom.

Yellow went through a whole age of warring and destroyed everything they came across, destroying armies and killing monarchs, only to become a remnants of their past glory
I think there should be both the new one population increase system with the marvels falling but I also think the old one should be there too so a little more population and there is a little more people per armie
