Thanks for your video GAB I managed to do this over the weekend getting it out was easy sadly putting it back I knocked the belt off and spent around half an hour trying to do that had to jack it up in the air in the end for some reason the wiring for the battery terminal can be a pain to put back on have to rotate the alternator around nearer to it while your doing it :) but Amazing video thanks

What year is this car?

Interior is from a 8j / Mk2 TT (2006-2014 i think)
Would need to make sure you have the same engine as the process could be different depending on where everything is setup.

This one is a 2008 model but they go up to 2014
