Finally, a video that's shows what I'm trying to achieve!! Plus u've given the names of the paints u used. I've been having issues finding the right combo of colors. Yay, so excited now! Thank you!!
Loved the step by step resulting in a great finished product. However, if during the entire process the paint cans with labels clearly visible AND the plate she was blending her colors had been in the shot it would have been a perfect demonstration.
Looks really nice and authentic. I was wondering if you knew anything about ceramic exterior pots, they have the very shiny finish. Could I use these products on a ceramic surface. It’s not porous, as you know, so probably a primer first. Not sure if it would even adhere? Thank you, and great job!
This is extraordinary! Thank you so much for sharing these techniques. I have been experimenting with different spray paints and surfaces. I need to do a bird bath and was looking for ideas. Not sure how to do the bowl part so the water is safe for drinking.
I really love what you did and have inspired me to paint my black painted urns (which came with the house that color) that look like the one that you didn't do on camera, would love to see how it turned out. How many cans did you use for both planters?
The Art Lady's Home...Hi. Were you dabbing the Rustoleum satin from a paper plate? I did not realize you could do that with the 2X spray paint. I thought it was oil based. I'm new at painting planters. Thanks for video instructions.
Those pots are not from an estate sale. Sounds good but false. Wow, beautiful paint job. Just lovely. I have some nice concrete color fiber stone pots I will try but first on a small good quality plastic pot to get the hang of it. OMG, it looks so good with the brick path in the background. I’m loopy over it. 🤩 🤩 🤩
I did purchase the cement pots from an estate sale. A woman died and all of her stuff was for sale, that’s what we call an estate sale. I believe I paid like $25 For them. I Purchased the urn and another giant cement pot and also an angel from the woman’s estate sale.
Tish Boyle Thank you, and yes, copper was gloss and the other paints satin finish. The Caribbean Sand was a texture paint, so the finish was gritty and dull.
It is perfect! Nice work!

Thank you I will adjust it for the future videos.
I agree 💯‼️
Looks great.Thank you for sharing.

Nice finish, a big difference from the starting urn.

Great Job. I wish you had of shown till it was completed. It had a lot more paint than what you put on during filming.
Could you not have used liquid paint to do the embellishing instead? Just a thought. Looks great by the way.
Why spray paint instead of liquid in the plate. Thanks

Yes, from paper plates, and it is oil based. Glad you enjoyed the video.

Why would you accuse OP of lying? What difference does it make to you. If she states they were from an estate sale then accept it.
Can you use a different paint for the satin other than can paint? The color or tone I want is not available in the can colors
It would be helpful if you actually showed what you were doing with your paint. Did you mix them together?
Hi: do you use high gloss for the copper and satin finish for the other paints? Thanks -- love the look!
Tish Boyle Thank you, and yes, copper was gloss and the other paints satin finish. The Caribbean Sand was a texture paint, so the finish was gritty and dull.
gotcha-- thanks so much!!
Tish Boyle i
What color did you use on the planter sitting behind the one you are currently working on?
That's one she bought at estate sale & is redoing too.
Can’t see what you are doing 😮😮😮
Why don’t you show what you’re doing off camera?
🤔
