I have a GE it must of been a man who came up with that idea. I think it is going way too far when your washing machine controls us it’s maddening as hell. I hate the new machines. What I do once the water comes in it is not enough I turn it around to start again. I buy 90% alcohol at the dollar store I add 1/3 of a cup along with my tide box washing powder it disinfect also whitens brightens your clothes I just love it makes my clothes nice soft as well. I also use alcohol in my pail of water when I clean my windows, mirrors I put a bit of dawn in the water. I use a microfibre cloth to clean with a nice cotton cloth to shine with, it does the most remarkable job saves money don’t need window cleaner. When I clean my dish cabinets clean all my dishes I always wash my dishes in dawn dish detergent add some alcohol in the dish water my dishes come out sparkling clean. I suggest you use iron out in your toilet tank, bowl , add a little dawn dish detergent also the iron out you can let it set over night flush in the morning or you can do it in the morning after you get threw in the bathroom always allow it to set for a least one hour before you flush, if you are g😊owing to work prepare it before you leave the house. You put the iron out in the water in the tank the water in the toilet. It is real simple it will remove all the stains no it will not harm anything. I do house work know what I am talking about. Give it a try you will thank me.i love cleaning, it is a labour of love when you know what you are doing, it is no big deal deal if you do it right.

I just figured out how to get these washers to fill. If you choose the precise fill option then hold down the deep fill option for 2 seconds, it will fill to a good amount. It is a combination of the two options that gets it to fill more.

A private shop explained that these new machines were government mandated back in 2012 to be efficient by a certain date. (Remember low flush toilets which took 3 flushes to flush- also mandated). So these terrible electronic far more expensive machines are thanks to government saving the environment or something…

@@katedaniels9623 yes that’s what a representative from Lowe’s said to me. But the deep function is supposed to fill up and it just doesn’t. The manual says 19 inches of water. But for some reason, even at the proper settings, and holding down the button past 3 seconds , it does not fill up that deep and there’s no way I can wash a full load of clothes in 19 inches of water. I returned this machine for another and now man really fill up my machine.

@@jennymiller359 a garden pole is used in the garden to support plants. Hardware stores, Walmart, Lowe’s, etc. will sell them. They might also be sold as a tomato plant support. If you can’t find plant supports in a garden center, you can go to a hardware store and buy any kind of a pole it can be fiberglass, plastic, metal, or rebar. I use any pole that I feel will last a few years at least.

There is no physical way to remove the water when the pump is below the waler exiting at the wall. If you wish to remove all water the hose must be lowerd to the base board near the floor or habe the water exit through the floor move the exit hose on back of machine to the floor also. That is the omly way to pump out everything. A one way check valve at exit may help a bit there is no pressure back ward to activate the valve the water left in the pipe will trickle back into the machine.

I have started a purple potato and I got purple stems and green leaves. I can’t remember if it started with a sweet potato or a regular potato, but I still have it growing in the garden and it’s been several years. It’s still very hard to pick the strongest one out of the groups when they start growing. That’s what I found. The ones in this picture are about a foot and a half tall right now. That’s after one year. I think the only sure way to get the same plant, is to graft. I’ve read a lot of information that is very contradicting. But I’m still growing lots of mangoes from seed. If anything, they can make good root stock to graft onto. I’m also going to use them as a fruiting hedge around my property, trimming them to bush out.
