    Thank you. I like the leg stretch exercise. I've been trying to find one that I can do that doesn't cause issues with my torn meniscus/menisci.

    Definitely 2 thumbs up! I love working with resistance bands when keeping the bands attached to my body. Not a fan of attaching them to furniture! I frequently return to your seated upper and lower body routine which starts with 12 reps and increases the speed as you reduce the reps to 4. This new one will be put on my frequent use list. Thank you Mike. Really like the ambiance of your workout room, too!...Anastasia

    Great video! I just ordered 2, one for my sister who just came out of the hospital, and one for my potato couch husband. I had him watch your video and he said he would try it as it looked so simple, so hopefully, it this works. I already have one of your resistance bands and love it. These are so nice when everything elsewhere aches but you still want to do your exercises, so these motivate me as I get my strengthening without lots of pain. Thank you for what you do for all us seniors who are just trying to be the most we can...

    Hi Mike and everyone! : Just received my new resistance band (in under a week from Australia to UK! thanks to Mike's Dad)😂 so adding this weights/band routine to my arm and leg chair exercises. Continuing health, strength and mobility improvement, not to mention self-esteem.

    Thanks Mike! I bought 2 of your stretch bands. `1 for upstairs & 1 for downstairs. I've been doing almost the same exercises as well as pulling to the side while hooked on a door handle. Two questions please. 1. can we do these daily or should it be every 2nd day? 2. I have an issue with a muscle 1/2 way between my shoulder & elbow right side. I can do the weigh exercise raising about our head with my left but I can only do 5 with my right arm then it starts hurting too much. Is it ok to 10 with left & only 5 with right? You're a Treasure

    Are using resistance bands beneficial if one has osteoporosis since they are not weight bearing, like using weights???? Ty

      Hey Jules, using resistance bands would still be beneficial, and can be used as weight-bearing exercise. However, for strengthening the bones, If I had to choose one type of resistance, I would definitely recommend weights over the resistance bands.
