I just learned that there's not a dual battery blender controller. Just wired connecting the two batteries. So I'm going to probably buy one to install. Cause a large voltage difference can pop the fuse in side the batteries as the high voltage is dumped into a low battery.
I think you need to show how the Graffiti performs over rough roads. I think the lack of rear suspension is a big drawback in those conditions. I encounter those conditions on my frequent ride and it is very uncomfortable. On smooth paved roads it is not as noticeable. I have ridden both bikes and the S73 has a much better ride(it should costing $1050 more). The Graffiti with the high torque direct drive motor and better batteries would be a big improvement (along with rear suspension). Don’t know how much that would cost.
Mark i'm curious what's the highest you've seen the watt / power meter read? Does it do 2500W - 4700W like they advertise? Would be intersting to see, on a full charge, give it a good pull on flat ground keeping an eye on the peak watts. Might be some efficiency loss from teh controller and whatever, but hopefully its somewhat close to advertised. Seems like a question many people have
We have to see what wattage peak reading we see on both bikes is, under the best conditions to show what peak wattages are. It disturbs my mind to hear specs and not see, even remotely close, to peak wattage claimed, on a display ever. Point in case... Kepler claimed peak up to 1800 watts, never in history has anyone seen 1,400 on their display.. This to me is a huge issue with bike stats..
I think people need to tell the true peak wattage shown on a display and use that number for a true peak wattage.. Not what the company says.. Show me the money!! If you go up a hill full speed and look down at your wattage, you should see a minimum of 2,500 at some point .. And over 2,500 at times. I would never buy that bike if I don't see any proof of over 2,500 watts on a display. Companies need to keep this in mind before tossing out numbers.. Some do.. Some 750 watt motors do show up to 1,200 peak watts. Or 900 and 1,000 watts peak. This backs up their claims.. Others don't show even close to claimed peak.
