Also, I noticed Hawaii, compared to other states, they don’t offer a huge big balcony. Is there a reason or building code for not having a balcony? The one I’ve seen is always small compared to the one I’ve seen in Florida; it’s so disappointing because for an apartment balcony’s are the backyard/garden area you truly need it 😩
Not a code issue. Condos in Honolulu are relatively small and I imagine they're much smaller than Florida units. Developers choose to allocate that space to interior square footage. Balconies can be quite windy here sometimes and don't see the most utilization.
Incredible marketing and built-to-scale model units. It's an easy sell now that many of the developers buildings have been completed over the past few years. Can you send an email to info@dwellhawaii.com and we'll add you to you the email list for all future developments? There's a handful that will announce this year.

What a beautiful unit! Thanks for sharing.
Wooden style kitchen - always a like. 👍
P.S. Gas in the kitchen is a good thing during a blackout.
Thanks Maila! Very informative, as always.

How do they manage to sell before they officially opened ? how do you get into the list to view it before opening ?
