Outstanding video! Thank you for walking us through the details of how to get started. I'm thinking of getting into the vending machine business myself and found this video very beneficial. Good luck - I'll be watching out for future vids.
I think you did an amazing job in this video. A lot of people don't show the hands on portion. I think in future videos you could touch on pros v.s cons on business, vlog every few months on how well or poor the machines are doing, touch on ROI/profit margins, what some of your long-term goals after you started vs when you got into it, why you shouldn't start a vending machine business, what does it take to run a vending machine business, what it is like being an owner & operator, how did you start/humble beginnings, and navigating the vending machine LLC process as well as taxes of a business owner. Just some ideas to help your UA-cam channel. There's a lot of vending machine business videos but there are not as in depth and it seems like that could be your niche.
Great video! I placed my first machine about 2 weeks ago and have a second going in next week. I bought 6 top of the line machines with locating service and I see the wisdom in your comment to start with cheaper used machines. I will say though these new machines that update you by cell signal literally every minute are nice, you knew exactly what you sold when and immediately if there is a jam or other issue.
Thanks for your valuable knowledge. I was searching for something straightforward on how to start a vending machine business. This was on point and has given me the confidence to move forward with starting my own business.
make videos on this please or just answer back if you can. 1)how did you draw up a contract? like how did you figure out what to put in there. 2) what should your insurance cover and what type of insurance is this called so I can research where to get some?
This video was very helpful! Thank you! I was thinking about getting some healthy vending machines for a retirement home, a few schools, and a hospital here.
Great video and straight real and straight to the point. Very informative. Please in your next one in the future show how you stock and step by step. How do you find the locations service?
@@weezyboy5756 it was really easy to get the LLC setup - there are many companies that specialize in getting an agent to submit all the documents and shit to get it official and recognized by state. I used the company IncFile and they were quick and easy to use. But there are other ones too. If you have decent personal credit, you can then link your EIN # to the business bank account and get a biz credit card and debit account so it’s separate from your personal account. 1st location is locked in a great spot - busy apartment complex so should be a good start. Machine should be arriving in the next week or 2 so hoping gets a good start!
I’ve been doing my own research on opening a vending machine for my kids to manage I think the would be good for them to do. Very informative information love it
You should be using the retail packs of Pop tarts, not the products from the grocery store. There was no identification on what flavor was, nutrition information and no allergy warning on the silver foil.
U should offer people to advertise their business in that little empty spot above the cash collector. You could probably net an extra $200-300 a month.
Great Video ! I find this to be very interesting and informative. Thank you for your time that you took to provide us with this information ! And Congrats to you and your beautiful girls !
I like the work! I can tell from watching your videos you are very intelligent. I myself am working towards starting my vending machine business. I’m a little worried about finding locations, though you have have eased my worries some. If you don’t mind me asking, where did you find that deal for the U-Haul location?
LegalZoom has so many add on which ones are actually needed. Economy LLC $79, Operation, ein, license $199, registered agent $249/a year, tax advisor $99 are all of these requirements
I found the locator on TheVendingBizz app. But they got a bad rapport with the app now so they no longer work with them. You can google locator services though and find plenty
Great video, thank you for all the information. How did you hire your locator to sell you your first location? Do you have a link or company you’d recommend?
I used a company named Vendco. I used an app called “TheVendingBizz” and on there it has available locations for sale by locator companies. So Vendco was selling the location on that app. It’s a solid app it also shows machine distrubutors nearest to you
Overall I think you doing a good job with vending machine and also you did a awesome job presenting the information maybe you should write an ebook and sale it
Broham, came across this video, and you were on point. I've been to 2 seminars and they always want that fee at the end. Did you buy into a seminar or just winged it?. Appreciate the knowledge and many blessings to you. By the way, what is the name of your company? Respect from Jersey
I want 1 or 2 or 3 or more lol This is soooo the type of passive income streams I need in my life. I'm pretty much over direct contact work situations @ this point. Just me myself and I and a machine!
Yes! This is how I am feeling too. Imagine just you and your truck, buying product, driving to location and filling, collecting, fixing machines on your own schedule. that ain't work to me, well except in the winter, I am up north so, yeah that part sucks, but still.
Thank you for your video. We really enjoy watching it. We would like to get started in our area which in Florida. How can you find somebody to purchase couple machines that are already placed in a location? When I googled it all I got was people who were competitors who wanted to put their machine. If you could just give me that ttive thank you so much for your help
Amazing video, it taught me a lot about what it looks like and what to expect. I plan on running a vending machine business of my own one day, and I just wanted to ask if its possible to run a vending machine business remotely, or if it has to be in the same area/state. Because I see a lot of routes and seemingly good deals from different states and I'm wondering if it is possible to run these remotely. Any answers are welcome
Thank you for sharing this information. How did you find a location service? I did a google search and it’s hard to know what is a legit service/person.
Amazing video love your work. I have a question do you pay rent in the places you put the machines? I am about to start but no body talk about that thanks for your videos
First advice ... never set your LLC with legal zoom . They won’t help you if you have any legal questions. All they do is provide you with the document and walk you through it if that . If you want a legit LLC go through a law firm that deals with that type of things .
Just a response, I had a Ice Cream biz, and set my LLC up with Legal Zoom. I had no issues. I believe if you would ever need any legal services, they do have that but i believe its an extra fee. But don't quote me on it. I'm hoping to get in this business as well and will probably use Legal Zoom again. I had dissolved my old name, and just wouldn't fit with the direction i want to go in
@@busyb4284 glad you never had issues. But you build a LLC to protect your assets but your at risk of something called “piercing the corporate veil.” By going through Legal Zoom or any other platform that offers that type of service . Nothing better than going through a law firm that deals with that type of things. At the end of the day it’s your decision.
What you should do is buy an ATM and place it next to the vending machines that don’t have card readers on them so then you can get profit from the atm fee and then after the person uses the vending machine
@@YourDollarNSense yea that’s weird, here’s the direct link to they site : vend-co.com Just an update though, the app I found them on that posted their location, no longer works or recommends them to us on the app. That’s why I say you really just gotta find a locator that you like or does right by you.
Yes & yes, I stock the machines myself, but I take a survey to see what the staff/tenants would like in their machine right after we agree on placing it
The Locator located the location by speaking to the location lol the location told the locator they needed a machine, then the locator sold you that location. If the location wants your machine out in one month the services must’ve not been good. But in any case, if the location wants you out, that’s just what it is, this is why I do contracts that allow me 30 days to remove the machines if that should happen though so they can’t just put me out on the spot. But if a spot wants the machines, i don’t really see why they’d “pull out the machine” unless the service just wasn’t good 🎯
My goal starting out is to not use aany of the profits just save and use them to restock the machine. I don't want to start taking profits for myself to early on I want to be sure it's consistently turning a reliable profit first.
So you have to consider how much the machines cost in the deal, like individually. How much each location makes a month, skipping delivery and setup fees etc. The seller is probably factoring these things in knowing he's basically gifting you the ability to skip all those steps and get right into making money. So the cost will definitely seem high for a quality route for sale, but that's to be expected.
