There have been many cases where a similar situation has forced the auction of a person's home and the bidders refused to bid so that the final selling price was ridiculously low - then one person bought the house and sold it back to the owner for that price. This would be something good to see in this case.
that is radically good thinking but he should never lose property due to back taxes at such a small amount in the first place. why should he have to buy back what is rightly his? We need more help for those supporting disabled children 🙏

After I got severely injured in a fall at work, I lost my job. Worker's Comp messed up and I went from take home of $25,000/year to $10/week. I couldn't pay my mortgage, taxes or car payment. A lady I barely knew loaned me $7000 so I could pay back taxes, pay off the mortgage, and save my car. A month later, a realtor listed the property. It has been so wrongly assessed for years at $97,900, but it sold for $30,000. When tax assessor make mistakes, there are no refunds, but at least I got off from under the debt. I know how you feel about helping this guy out and I kinda know how the homeowner feels as well. Wells Fargo bank stole my sister's house using crooked and corrupt means in 2008, but it started in 2005. Anyway, we were able to hold of the bank 12 years well past the statutes of limitations, but the corrupt Hawaii Judicial system allowed the bank to auction off the house without notifying us of the auction. Sister moved out but I kept cleaning the yard everyday till the house was sold a second time by my sister's attorney, corrupted system I'm telling. I kept that yard so clean people thought someone was still living there. In the end because the yard was clean the attorney didn't have to hire a yard service to make it nice. After a few changes the sold the house that was worth less than seven hundred thousand dollars for one point three million dollars on a bogus foreclosure of five hundred thousand. So trying to help those keep there houses from a crooked system is futile in this corrupt banking and state systems....But keep up the good work, everybody need help sometime....
Well done guys. Thanks for helping out your community. Thanks for trying to help the owner out. It would be great if you could power wash the sidewalk and front of the house. Still it looks a lot nicer now. I hope it works out somehow for the owner in the end. Thanks for sharing the video.

I am so sorry that happened to your sister. The world can be so cruel. Blessings to you and your sister 🙏🏻
Well done guys. Thanks for helping out your community. Thanks for trying to help the owner out. It would be great if you could power wash the sidewalk and front of the house. Still it looks a lot nicer now. I hope it works out somehow for the owner in the end. Thanks for sharing the video.
Thank you! We know we can’t save the house but hopefully we can help him get a little more money for it.
That was very sweet of you that u helped the father to do yard work for him and to support him and father's disabled son. God Bless u! U did AWESOME JOB! Keep up the good work of mowing people's grass and etc. 👍🏻😁
You got my sub! I've watch a couple of your videos and you got me! Beautiful job by you two with big hearts! Godspeed on this man and his son. Hope to see follow up video on this one!
Bless your hearts❤☝️! What an awesome job your doing for this gentleman and his disabled son☺️🙏!
You are trying your best to help...you are an example of what each of us should be doing...helping mankind should me motivation to get out and try your best
Solidarity is needed, it doesn't exist here, only in other countries ❤.
It's a crying shame that the city would Foreclose over $3500 & not try & help that disabled family. Thank goodness their are young men like y'all that would try and help. ❤️
Outstanding job guys. That is so much nicer now. what you were trying to do for this father goes beyond words.
I love what you all do for others. I pray that you get the money for the taxes. Be blessed.
So kind of you to attempt to save their home. Maybe there are others with similar situations, that have not reached the point of no return. Keep this going, such kindness!
Looks like the lawn in the back was recently mowed, but trees and bushes definitely need attention.
Bless you for your kind heart and great example!
Gob blessed you both with a humble heart and compassion.
I can relate to that owner I have a multiply challenged son. Keep doing what you do. Beautiful job
Absolutely amazing transformation. I hope it works out for the owner. I shared with everyone.
How Awesome are you guys 💞🙏We need more people like u on our planet 🥰💖🙏Bless u both for helping other's in need 🙏 thanks for sharing 😊 Stay Safe and Blessed 🙏
I love watching you guys working together. Another awesome dynamic duo like Al and AP 😊
The Transformation was like night and day. I especially loved how the vines just peeled off of the back structure.
It sucks that the bank or city won’t retract the auction 🥺. The fact that you, as a realtor, would be willing to pay the debt then list it to have a better chance for the owner is awesome. Good on you. Rare.
Praying everything works out for the father and son. God bless you all.
We always have a good time working together. We were disappointed as well but this is what we decided was the second best thing to do to help this man and his son.
I've been watching a lot of this lawn clean up video's recently. First, thanks to all the kind, compassionate, lawn care people who step up to help people. I always wonder if these home are in big cities where no one knows their neighbors. In our community, there are no over grown lawns like this. I DON'T LET IT HAPPEN. I'm very old, but can still operate the tractor and brush cutter and finish mower. Keep up the good work guys.
Thank you for setting such a good example for us as well as entertaining us. I hope it works out for the best!
How marvelous to help someone in great need by using your contacts to make it better for him and his son. Compassion is always appreciated when needed in dire circumstances. Good job all the way around. Thanks for sharing and by your actions encourage others to do the same.
That clean up definitely brought the value up. Good job !
Hope he’s able to get his house back. He should be getting disability for his son and help from the state too.
You can only get disability if you worked ten years prior
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND HELPING SOMEONE IN NEED. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!!!!
Bless you and the people who work for you. Some of us have been in situations that became out of our control and never had a God sent like you.Thank you for all y'all do.
When you started to remove all that ivy...I stood up and cheered. It makes such a difference.
It's a vine called Virginia Creeper. Invasive, toxic to some people's skin, and has poisonous berries.
The world needs more people like you!
Guys, you are so wonderful. Thank you for your love and dedication to those less fortunate than us. 😊❤🙏
You do good work and are certainly helping the owner out. I was amazed that you did not pull any of the shingles off that unit in the back when you were pulling those vines off. Take care and stay safe. Thanks for your generosity.
Are you my brother and subscribe to these guys also? Washington State here!!!
Wonderful transformation. Thanks so much!
Thanks!
You all did a fabulous transformation of this cute home. Thank you so much. God bless you both, the man and his son. I pray they get their home back. ❤️🙏❤️ I’m subscribed and sharing this video.
I am truly touched by what you all are doing for this family . It is why I watch these kind of videos !! Thank you for making my day as well !! Keith
Thanks Keith! We enjoy helping people like this. Thank you for watching.
Love what you guys are doing. We need more people like you two on this planet.
Subbed just because I think what you are doing is needed in this world!
I hope we get an update on this man's situation. Thank you being so compassionate!
So happy to see people this kind ❤️
Thank you for helping others 🙌🏻
Thank you for helping them! You all are so kind!
I wish there were people like you guys! Great job!
You guys are great people for helping this person out. Thank you very much.
Wow you really went above and beyond. Such a cute little house. I hope things work out for the owner. Great work, guys!
Thank you!
bless you for helping him, its tough thats thing city dont care, my uncle lost his house to 1500 . to city taxes. so sad. we didnt know otherwise we would have helped him. so sad. well looked after yard too.
That was so good of you both. God bless you.
Shows how curropt the city is. The yard looks already cut. Mostly hedges need trimming. They probably know the situation the guy is in and wanted to take his house away. Thank you guys for helping him. As a disabled veteran, already know the burden I put on my family. It would kill the son inside if he found out his dad lost his house because of him helping him.
You have a servants heart, GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR EFFORTS. Keep up what you are doing.
Thank you and will do!
Thank You! So much hurt and pain in the world. Your guys pay it forward and inspire others.
I think that what your doing amazing i truly hope that 🙏 all works out as planned and I'd like to say you guys did a great job cleaning up the yard it looks great. God. Bless you and your generous offer.
If the city has the power to take claim of the house and sell it, why would they give any money over $3500 to the old man.
Bless you for doing what you can. I know how hard its is to go through what he is going through. Keep up the good work.
May your generosity and compassion today be a blessing to humanity for generations to come. You change the world when you show kindness to others!
