I'm not in a professional lawn care service. One summer, not only mowed my lawn, but mowed three vacant houses lawns on my street, weekly. Free of charge. No other neighbor would do it.
My dad passed quickly from lung cancer, and the renters in our vacation home knew he was dying and stopped paying rent. I had to deal with their lies for 5 months before finally getting rid of them. Never received a penny in rent, and they damaged the property. I refused to deal with renters again.
Stories like yours assure me I will never be a landlord. And people wonder why renting is so expensive

Why no deposit money was collected, in india minimum 3/6 months rent is taken as caution deposit by people who have gone thru the same ordeal.

I think a lot of people don’t realize that these lawn cleanup guys don’t charge for their labor because they make very good money by posting the videos on UA-cam and acquiring subscribers and views.

It looks like that home was in a prominent place. Cleaning it up will give the new owner a chance to see what needs doing and also an immediate boost to the neighborhood. So far, looks hopeful it was generally left in decent shape and you recovered the outdoor living areas. That was a great gift of help, hope, kindness. The Japanese have a concept of removing dead things, to keep the idea of life. Taking out the dead bush/tree, and trimming the bushes into proportion out front all were viable actions and the whole front looks healthy.
We are definitely glad we were able to help her in this time of need. Talking with her we could really tell she was overwhelmed
I have always had to clean up because of the Trash that has always lived in beautiful homes with a good outside appeal but hog pins inside in California. I have never in all the states I have invested in seen such low life pretenders who love making other's think they are someone. I was married to a Social worker and High School English Teacher was the trashiest person I ever met and knew how to put on a fake pure sod. She was in every word a slob as a wife.

I totally get what you are saying and we do have some videos where we charged the customer. To be completely transparent even a video like this we are making money from UA-cam we just don’t charge the person in need that we are helping. Thanks for checking out the video!

I feel for her. I’m here in Arkansas and my mom passed away a few months ago. You can’t even grieve for all the stuff you have to do something with. Every older person please clean your homes out some. It’s too much on us when you pass.

As some one who's family has been cemetary caretakers for generations and growing up also helped mow cemetary, acreage, and others yards, I appreciate and know the time and hard work you guys put into your jobs. From a mess to magnificent in a matter of hours! Awesome job men! I love watching videos like this. There's something oddly satisfying watching the transformations. Curious though...what's with the rope hanging from the tree? Are you given the freedom by the owners to remove, re-arrange, straighten or alter things or objects that you may have to deal with that may be a hindrance to performing the job or making it more aesthetic? Like the deflated(?) basketball in the backyard or the pieces of wood and cinder blocks? I noticed you weed-whacked around them. One last thing, ever consider investing in a small woodchipper to dispose of the tree/bush debris? Keep up the good work!

Being on this intersection, a focal point of a nice flower bed, on the corner would make a nice statement - give it a wow factor or a tiered boarder bed filled with cottage flowers or give it a Asain flare.... gosh you could really improve this lot up
