My grandad gave me some 1960s formula 1 cars when I was a kid and they looked so old fashioned compared to the 1980s cars of Senna , Prost etc . Now they look old fashioned compared to Max and Lewis!
Entertaining! Well done! Question: Are all the cars set to be autonomous? Or, is there a "player" car among autonomous cars, or are all the cars controlled by hobbyists off camera?
Glad you liked it. All the cars are run automatically on the pacer setting with random lane changing. All set at the same power. Differences in lap time occur depending on which lane is used, air and track temperature.
@@scalextricdigitalpacerraci7129 Thanks for the reply! I surmised those were cars programed to run unassisted. I too, hold racing "Seasons" (series) with my Carrera D132 cars using Carrera's "autonomous" feature ("pacer" in Scalextric parlance) in conjunction with speed settings. However, in my case, it's short track dirt oval racing and I typically will rotate through the "season" taking a turn at using one of the "driver's" cars. That way, all the autonomous drivers have me help (or hurt) them during a "Season". Typically, though, if it's a close points race for the seasonal championship, I have refrain from interfering with the last race "night" of the season. Like you, I find this to be a LOT of fun and a strong point with digital slot racing. All fer now!
Excellent. It revives the golden 917 battles between Siffert and Rodriguez. The pitcrew had to be on their toes thoughout. Thankyou(:💨
I just had a whim to youtube Scalextric and was recommended this, glad I did, what fun
Love this , the commentary is superb
Great video! After 35 or so years enjoying Scalextric I've only just discovered digital (at the UKSF).
It's amazing - blown my mind
I didn't know that a Scalextric race could be so hilarious.
I like the speed of the cars. The often go too fast and fly off the track. This is way better.
Hilarious and awesome watching. Nice work!
Great race. Best of the season so far!
I want to bust my layout out so bad now after watching this. Great video / race
Very very good men. Thank´s for show
That was a brilliant scrap between team mates
Nice race cars
Bit sad but fun I suppose at least no one gets hurt
This is very good :)
I have really old slot cars from the 50’s. It was my grandpas

Loved it 👍👏👏
The Lotus was so immensely slow. Did James Bond do some boycot on the rivals?
What app do you use to run pace cars that lane change at rondom
Cuantos transformadores tiene? Esq mi circuito tiene 2 y a veces se atrancan los coches, por que crees q puede ser?
crazy hilarious accident 🤣

Gru, is that you
How can it run backward?
Scalextric allows the cars to run both ways!
Great Track! What size table do you use?
Hi , the table is approx 4x2 meters .
The track landscaping has been getting a slight upgrade ready for a new pacer championship!
sensei!!!
Awesome!
