@@HowToCakeIt My mom usually just makes me a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. I'm basic, lol. She does a great bar cookie and chocolate chip cookie, too! I've told her about this channel and hopefully we can integrate some of the recipes here into our usual repertoire of goodies!

On the off chance this reaches anyone: please don't cut a long metal pans with metal knives. I had to take my kids to the emergency room after eating metal shards from a cheesecake. The bakery said it was this problem.
